Seachase Unit E304

We love staying at the condo. This was our 4th year. It's close to everything but a far enough away to not have to deal with traffic or crowded beaches. The views from the balcony are fabulous especially sunset. We had one issue - the TV went out; however within 4 hrs it was replaced with a new one! The layout of the condo is perfect - clean, cozy and comfortable. We will come back again.

Perfect. What can I say...The West end of PCB is the way to go. No crowds; Johnny with the chairs and umbrellas- 6:30 every morning- man it was paradise. Your view is the best on the beach for my money. Also the best value in our price range. Two Master suites; kitchen fully stocked with pans, plates, etc. Furniture was nice...the deck (view) was just amazing. The sheets were nice- it was a very safe location; beach entrance was right off the pool. Even things like the little hallway/foyer was perfect to just drop your beach stuff as you enter into the cold A/C. We had just a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Beautiful Views & Dolphins
The view was beautiful. We spent hours on the balcony just taking it all in. The water was closed while we were there, but we saw dolphins from the balcony and were still able to enjoy the beach. The condo was equipped with what we needed. We would stay again for sure.

Wonderful
We enjoyed our stay in E304. A few minor issues. The air didn't seem to work in the bedroom to the right of the entry door. It was very hot & humid. The floors were nasty. We had to get a Swiffer, but a mop & water would be better. The sliding door in the room to the left of entry door would not open. Leasing office stated it could be bolted shut. How is that even safe? Other than these problems, we would stay again. Hopefully, if we stay again next year, these issues will be fixed.

Thank you for your 5 star review! Not all of the sliding doors in the bedrooms at Seachase open, the building is due to receive new windows and doors within the next year. It being bolted shut certainly doesn't pose a safety hazard as you should never use a balcony as an exit. :) Sorry to hear you thought the floors were nasty, you made no mention of that when you reached out about the doors otherwise we would've been happy to address. Happy you otherwise enjoyed your stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Seachase, very clean and convenient to everything. We had one small issue with the beach chairs, the beach guy said they didn’t come with our condo but soon as I emailed the office they got it all straightened out fast and we had chairs the rest of the stay.
The only thing is the porch light was burnt out on both sides so it was a bit hard to see to put our code in the door. But we used our phone flashlight. No wait at all on the elevators which was very nice.

Beautiful condo with stunning views. Very clean end unit with private beach. This place has everything you need for your stay. The private small step out balconies off each bedroom are priceless, as well as a bigger main balcony with the outdoor furniture. Very close to good food but far away enough from the crowds. The beds aren’t very comfortable is the only complaint! We got free beach service during our stay included in the price but the beach service company tried to trick us into paying almost everyday not the hosts fault though!

Great stay!
I loved that both guests bedrooms had sliding doors. It’s always nice to open them in the mornings, if you can’t make it down to the beach. It was clean and I particularly liked that the sofa was leather (I’m a bit OCD and I could wipe that down and feel comfortable before sitting). The screens on the bedroom sliding doors were stuck, but I got them semi-working. If you happen to sleep in the room with the queen bed, just know it’s not so soft, but the king bed is amazing! Bring extra pillows if you need more than one for each person. �� My stay was great and I’ll definitely stay again!

Overall, my stay was great! The room with the king bed is DEFINITELY more comfortable. The queen bed isn’t too comfortable, but both rooms having an ocean view made it for it! Lol Just bring a couple of extra pillows with you. ;-) The condo was clean (I’m pretty OCD), so I was impressed. Check-in was simple and communication was great. I didn’t have to call and ask any questions. Everything was a breeze! Thank you for the opportunity to stay! I’ll be back!

Overall, it was a fabulous. The place was nicely decorated and the full window views in every room was fantastic especially at sunset. It would have been nice to have beach towels and beach chair charge covered. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Also earlier check in would be good because we're paying for a full day.

Great Stay at E304

Great unit. Very clean. Beautiful views. Kitchen fully furnished. Great location. Will definitely stay at Sea Chase again.

We spent a lovely week here vacationing with family and would come here again. Condo was perfectly located next to the beach with beautiful ocean views and many dining options close by. Teri was super responsive and answered all of our questions and even provided some great local recommendations. Unit was overall clean and starter supplies for dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent were also supplied which was helpful. There were no beach towels but bathroom towels and toiletries were provided along with a dyson vacuum that we used throughout the week to clean beach sand.
