If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This beautifully updated Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of luxury living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet with a King bed in one bedroom and Queen bed in the other. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The living room features a pull-out sofa for additional guests and has a brand-new Smart TV just recently installed in 2022. All units have fully equipped kitchens with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.
***NOTE: Beginning in mid-August 2023, the Seachase HOA will be replacing all glass (doors & windows) in both buildings. This is scheduled to begin on the 8th floor, west tower. This should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but work is expected to last several months. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.***
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available from on-site vendor.
- Please note, the sliding door in the Queen bedroom does not open, as it is pending window replacement.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Staff was great!
We had a great stay, it was easy to get in and out. The staff was great at getting the 1 issue we had resolved, they had great communication throughout the whole process. Beautiful Views & Dolphins
The view was beautiful. We spent hours on the balcony just taking it all in. The water was closed while we were there, but we saw dolphins from the balcony and were still able to enjoy the beach. Great Summer Getaway
We have stayed at Seachase several times in the past and love the spaciousness and floor plan just like this time. The unit was beautifully appointed and comfortable for our family. Great clean condo
We enjoyed our stay at the Seachase, very clean and convenient to everything. We had one small issue with the beach chairs, the beach guy said they didn’t come with our condo but soon as I emailed the office they got it all straightened out fast and we had chairs the rest of the stay.
The only thing is the porch light was burnt out on both sides so it was a bit hard to see to put our code in the door. But we used our phone flashlight. No wait at all on the elevators which was very nice.
We did have teenagers and there wasn’t much for them to do at the condo as others have lazy rivers and tiki bars.
Overall it was a great place to stay:)

Great stay!
I loved that both guests bedrooms had sliding doors. It’s always nice to open them in the mornings, if you can’t make it down to the beach. It was clean and I particularly liked that the sofa was leather (I’m a bit OCD and I could wipe that down and feel comfortable before sitting). The screens on the bedroom sliding doors were stuck, but I got them semi-working. If you happen to sleep in the room with the queen bed, just know it’s not so soft, but the king bed is amazing! Overall, it was a fabulous. The place was nicely decorated and the full window views in every room was fantastic especially at sunset. It would have been nice to have beach towels and beach chair charge covered. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
