The condo was clean and mostly free of problems. The major problem that we had was only 1 elevator working out of 3 until mid week when another one finally was fixed.

The host was amazing, I’ve stayed at the property two prior times and this being my third the experience was amazing. My kids and I really enjoyed ourselves, the staff was great and friendly, the facility itself was clean, very quiet at night. I had an issue with the shower door in the master bedroom, the handy man was there in record time and fixed the problem. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a place for vacation. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Panama City Beach, the place awesome.

We really liked the large balcony and the condo was really nice. There was one small issue with the master bathroom when we got there and we contacted Teri the next morning and the maintenance man fixed it a few hours later and he was very nice as well. The elevators took some time because only 2 of 3 were working which thats on the buildings owner. Hopefully that’s not an issue now. Also, there are no large luggage carts to get your luggage in and out like at hotels but there is a small push cart in the laundry room in the condo that you can use if you need it. It was nice having the parking garage underneath so we were always in the dry getting out of the car plus the room is directly off of the elevator. All in all we really enjoyed the place and Teri was great to work with so I would recommend staying there.

We had a great time! Perfect location, waterfront with a a huge balcony. The balcony was probably twice the size of other condo rentals. The layout was great and each king room had a lot of space between them. It was easy access to the beach and pool. Other than how nice the layout was and the balcony it was especially nice how easy it was to get in and out of the condo. Our friends stayed at another condo and it was a pain to get check in for them and to the room the entire trip for them. Ours was very easy to park and access our room. We will definitely be booking this same room again.

Another day in Paradise!
Location of this rental is a "10". Our second year at Ocean Reef, and we enjoyed the time just as much. Great places in walking distance for food and fun! Beach is beautiful and well kept. The Unit worked perfectly for 2 people as well as with family visiting. A smaller condo where the beach is never crowded ... Will return again next year! Loved our month in "paradise."

Honestly the pictures don’t do this place justice! It’s absolutely beautiful inside and out! I loved the balcony furniture! Nice layout chairs and chairs and more seats! Perfect views and it was away from all the crazy spring break crowd! We walked over to Funland for breakfast and went to the race car track right across the street as well! I go to PCB a lot and this was one of my top 5 places to stay at. I will definitely be back!

This place was beautiful! Not only was the condo beautifully decorated and clean but the view was outstanding! This was our first time to PCB and we will definitely be returning and hopefully staying here again. We are a family of five with three kiddos ages 10months, 3, and 6 and the condo was the perfect size for us all. The kids loved having the Indoor pool and outdoor pool, which both were so clean. I am one who is afraid of heights and was very nervous booking a 10th floor condo but it was the perfect height and was so relaxing. Parking was very convenient, location was calm, elevators worked great, and you have multiple restaurants local to walk to. The host also has a cart which made bringing up multiple suitcases easier. Waking up to the ocean view and only being a few steps away from the ocean really made our trip perfect. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time
We really enjoyed staying at this condo and it lived up to the listing description. The balcony was large, and the outdoor furnishing were comfortable. The location was close to Pier Park and liked that we could walk to a nice restaurant/bar that was next door. The pool and hot tub area were well maintained. The parking garage was a little challenging for a larger vehicle, but it was nice to have a designated parking spot. Would stay here again.

Can't Say Enough About This Condo!
Waking up every morning to the view that is outstanding, watching dolphins play in the water from the balcony. Sipping coffee with the most amazing view! The private beach access was perfect! locals were friendly and the shopping was great! Can't say enough about this condo. The rooms were perfect, the furniture was comfy, the beds were perfection I fell asleep & got 8+ hrs of needed rest! Definitely 100 gonna come back!! Thank you for sharing your space. Just book it and watch the waves crash from the balcony or sit on the beach and wait till dinner time then walk to a local restaurant and enjoy the best seafoods.

Clean. Pretty. Comfortable.
We really enjoyed the condo. The pictures on VRBO are accurate as of this review. It is tastefully decorated, promoting a relaxing and fun beach feel. The unit was clean, and the furniture and bedding were both comfortable and in good condition, as was the patio furniture. The unit is centered on the 10th floor and located directly (and conveniently) in front of the three-elevators. It was very quiet during our stay. The parking spot for this unit is on the 2nd floor, making the exit from the building fast and easy. The view from the large and spacious outdoor patio overlooking the beach and ocean is really great (not too high and not too low), just right. Owner has provided multiple nice seating options, too. Bring your binoculars for spotting sailboats and ships far out on the horizon. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We only used the owner-provided beach chairs with umbrella one time, but you could save a lot of money using those instead of the very expensive beach chair rental (44-per day (w/tax) for a pair of chairs and one umbrella). The indoor and outdoor pool areas at level one were nice and clean. It's also a short and easy walk (1-min.) to the soft sandy beach once you exit the elevator. Communication with mgt. was easy. We've stayed at Ocean Reef many times and this unit is really nice! Restaurants in the area we highly recommend: Runaway Island (next door to Ocean Reef), C-Level, Saltwater Grill, and Captain Anderson's.

Even with my cons this is still a 5 star unit
Pros- very nice unit with updated appliances, newer furniture and newer dishes for use.
*no long elevator wait times- at most with us being a family of 5 we may have had to wait 1 cycle of elevator due to not wanting to crowd other occupants.
*facility itself is clean- early of the morning daily the common areas of building was cleaned- this included pools, walk ways and elevators.
*even being a busy week the beach area was not overly crowded all considered
*very responsive and accommodating host
cons-our unit could have been cleaner upon arrival. most surfaces was dusty, dirty and floors was also dirty. Even found food under dining table.
*we did not have a parking pass.
These 2 cons was addressed with host and corrected. Host offered free event of our choice through Xplorie for our inconvenience and we accepted.
*parking was extremely tight in parking garage.
*we did not have any type of cart for use for luggage, supplies..etc..
