Great for a family
Very nice place. Great for a family. Beach access was great and not a lot of people. Beds were a little firm but they have beach toys for the kids and chairs highly recommend.

we had a great experience. Clean room great view and two beach chairs with a table and umbrella. Great place to watch the fireworks. not overly crowded on the beach. We will come back.

Hidden Gem!
Wow! We had an amazing vacation. This condo is in a fantastic area. It was quiet and even during Memorial Day weekend, the beach in front of the condo was not crowded. You could look up and down the beach and see tons of people, but this particular location was not crowded. We loved the beach service. Johnny always had our chairs ready for us and attended to any needs we had. Pool was also great. We never had to wait for the elevator! The condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked, and we loved having a washer and dryer. The big windows were exceptional providing a perfect view from every room. The condo was very clean and even ready for us early. Check in was a breeze with easy and clear instructions. The only suggestion I can give is updating the furniture (couch and dining set especially). You could tell that it has seen better days. Overall though, it’s a gem! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks for having us! We will definitely be back.

Better than expected!
Our stay was better than what it was expected. We all enjoyed the time on the beach. the wonderful views from the room were breathtaking. There was more than enough room for all of us. There was five of us and we all had plenty of room to do our own thing I would recommend this for children or just all adults.

The best condo ever!
The floor plan is absolutely amazing! Most beach front views I've ever had. I love the property's smaller size - 8 floors total.

Enjoyed the condo for the air show!
Great condo with all the rooms on the water.
We rented unit to watch the air show, celebrate our anniversary and enjoy the beach ⛱️! Unfortunately, we had a family emergency that interrupted our stay.

Had the beach to ourselves!
The view here is amazing and this side of the beach didn't get much traffic, so we had the beach to ourselves quite a bit. The condo was clean and cute, and the beds were comfortable. We will come back here!

Great experience
Great location on the beach, and a quick drive to anything, while in a quiet portion of PCB. The views out the windows were amazing. Had a couple of items that required maintenance and they were resolved quickly. Definitely would stay again!

Terrific View & Speedy Elevator
Beach comfortable place with terrific view of the gulf thanks to floor to ceiling windows throughout. Speedy elevator worked great for this top floor condo. Captain Anderson's for dinner!

Wonderful honeymoon
We had a wonderful honeymoon at Teri's condo. Spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view. Great location and easy parking. No wait for the elevator.

Great views comfortable furnishings
We had a great stay. The main sliding glass door was difficult to open and close and the sliding glass door in the second bedroom had a broken seal and was all fogged. The kitchen was fully stocked and also had plenty of room for your own grocery items. We loved the balcony!!! You can’t beat the beautiful view. Comfortable chairs on the balcony were a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Balcony access difficult
Sliding glass doors to balcony did not slide properly. It took an adult to open and close, even at times this was difficult. Handles were also broken, and they could not be locked.

Hi David! There is an upcoming balcony project where the balcony doors in every unit will be replaced. We hope you will visit us when this is completed to test out the new doors :)

Beach Getaway
We had a spur of the moment stay. We booked on the Friday and were there by the Wednesday. Communication was amazing with the Southern Coast. The condo was amazing there are a few things that need to be fixed but we were there for the beach and making memories with the kiddos. The view and where it was situated was amazing. We were on the top floor. We went in the first week of June and the beach was super quiet in front of the condo. We even witnessed a turtle laying her eggs one morning. We would definitely come and stay again.

Awesome view
My kids and I had a great time staying at Seachase! The view was amazing, the condo was very spacious and clean. Having easy access to the beach was great and we loved being close to all that PCB has to offer. We can't wait to come stay again!
