Sterling Breeze Unit 2002
This updated 20th floor unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a bunk room with almost 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a large breakfast bar. Coffee lovers will enjoy the option of making just a cup using the K cup coffee maker or a whole pot in the 12-cup drip coffee maker. The open concept living area offers ample, comfortable seating, a Smart TV with cable, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step onto your private balcony to watch the sunset and listen to the waves.
The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, Smart TV with cable and gulf views with an ensuite bathroom that has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, Smart TV with cable and another full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a bunk room, perfect for traveling with children. The living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- An additional one-time $50 Resort Fee is required to be paid directly to the Resort. This fee covers 1 parking pass and up to 8 wristbands. An additional parking pass may be purchased for an additional $50. Max 2 vehicles allowed per stay.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
