It's also just a short 5-minute drive to Frank Brown Park and only 20 minutes from Beaches International Airport.
This updated 20th floor unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a bunk room with almost 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a large breakfast bar. Coffee lovers will enjoy the option of making just a cup using the K cup coffee maker or a whole pot in the 12-cup drip coffee maker. The open concept living area offers ample, comfortable seating, a Smart TV with cable, and breathtaking views of the gulf. Step onto your private balcony to watch the sunset and listen to the waves.
The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, Smart TV with cable and gulf views with an ensuite bathroom that has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, Smart TV with cable and another full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a bunk room, perfect for traveling with children. The living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: There is an additional one-time fee of $50 (subject to change) to be paid upon arrival at the 3rd floor concierge desk. This fee includes 1 parking pass and 8 wristbands. It is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A second parking pass can be purchased for an additional $50. Max 2 vehicles allowed per stay per HOA restrictions.
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The views were beautiful, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place felt like a home away from home.
The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they take pride in making sure guests have a great experience.

Beautiful condo & view
The condo was just as advertised. It is spacious, simply decorated with a large balcony. Well stocked for a week's stay. No icemaker was disappointing. The bunk room could use a TV for the kids. The light outside the guest bedroom makes it appear daytime 24/7, so sleeping was a little challenging in that room. The elevators are fast. Pool & hot tub are sufficient for the size of the property. Adequate parking, but the check in process is a bit wonky as they direct you to 1 spot then they make you go downstairs to the gift shop to pay & print your parking pass then back up to where you just were to get your wristbands. This place was nice,convenient to several popular places like Walmart which is only about 6 to 8 mins away without traffic. The furniture was clean,the place as a whole was clean as well. We had a great stay, everything you needed to know was listed very clearly in the messages we received from host. The only down fall of the entire condo itself is the water coming down on the beach from the roadway. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! Communication was great and we received quick responses. The condo was great for our family. One thing that I would mention is that the dryer is not great. We had to run our load several times to get it fully dried. They were construction going on elevator so there were only one elevator working that was a problem. Sometimes the elevator wait was 30-45 minutes. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic unit. Loved the view and spending mornings drinking coffee on the deck. Unit is exactly as pictured and described. We planned accordingly, so we were prepared with all our extras that we needed. This is a great location for families. We had a teen and there were lots of other families with teens and little ones. Only issue during our stay was that there was only one elevator working. Advertisements warned of this, but said it would be ready by spring break. Reports from the building say June.
