Grand Panama located in the true heart of Panama City Beach and is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and only 5 miles from Pier Park. This complex offers guests 2 swimming pools (1 gulf front & 1 heated), 2 gulf front hot tubs, 2 tiki bars (open seasonally), BBQ grills, and a fitness center.
This spacious condominium offers over 1,100 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals or playing a game, and there is additional breakfast bar seating as well. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with beautiful views of the gulf, a television, and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom offers gulf views, a King size bed, television, and its own private ensuite bathroom featuring granite countertops, double sinks, and a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and its own television. All TVs are Smart with cable access. There is a bunk area as well with 2 twin beds, perfect for traveling with children. For your convenience, this unit also has a washing machine and dryer inside the unit for your use.

*This Free Activities Program allows for 1 free admission to each of the activities listed above, per day, per reservation, every day of your stay! Guests can book activities online or via telephone. Detailed instructions will be sent after booking. (Admissions cannot be combined and rolled over to another day. This program is only valid for stays of 27 nights or less.)
Important Notes:
- Please note, there is an additional Resort Fee of $55 that must be paid directly to Grand Panama in addition to your reservation fees. This Resort Fee includes 1 parking pass and up to 6 wristbands. An additional parking pass can be purchased for another $35. Motorcycle passes are $55 for the first and $35 for the second. Max 2 vehicles. Guests will be sent a link to register for their parking pass(es) and wristbands in their check-in instructions. Trailer Parking Fee-$55 Only allowed during bike week. Children younger than 13 are not required to wear a wristband.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

It was a great unit! Clean, big space, quiet, close to elevator and more! Fully stocked kitchen for anything you need to cook. Washer/dryer new and way better than ones I have at home. Second time working with Teri as our host, and like the previous visit Teri is absolutely wonderful and communicative.She educates and informs you of every detail, making you feel like you have been to a property multiple times even though it’s your first visit! This place is amazing.. when I say the kitchen is fully stocked it reminded me of mine.. it has everything a cook can ask for.. I made a cake with a whisk but had the option to use a mixer.. very clean and free of dust everywhere.. Perfect Family Getaway!
We were a little nervous to book this condo, as we usually stay right on the beach. However, this place was FANTASTIC! Everything was super clean, the unit was well-stocked, we still had a nice view, and it was a very easy walk across the street. You're also on the same level as the Tower II pool, so our pre-teens loved that and we weren't worried about them going to the pool a few minutes before us.
