Mariner West Unit 203
This 2nd floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, with tile flooring throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. There is also a spacious living area with pullout sofa and comfortable recliners, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, two full bathrooms, and exterior laundry room. Relax on your large, private covered balcony overlooking the gulf. Perfect getaway for a relaxing beach vacation!

Important Notes:
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes and reusable wristbands will be left in the unit.

Great location and love that there were less people on the beach in our area. The condo had chairs which was awesome so we didn’t have to go buy our own. We had a great time. Teri was a great host. Easy to contact and quick to respond. The condo was clean and well equipped. Very nice kitchen. We would definitely stay in Teri's condo, 203, again. Our only complaint, as far as Mariners West is concerned, is that there definitely was not enough lounge chairs around the pool. There was only 9 lounge chairs out the entire week we were there.
