Boardwalk Unit 1005

We loved our stay as a family of 4! The condo has plenty of space and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids (14 and 9). Instructions were clear and the resort itself was very safe and well kept up. The little beach bar/grill was a lifesaver the first night after a 13hr drive when we didnt want to get back in the car for dinner. There were tons of restaurants and shops nearby and the view/beach were to die for. We saw dolphins right off the balcony! We are already narrowing down dates to come again!

PERFECT
Pictures are exactly as the condo looks. The top bunk beds DO have railings. Very clean, perfect view, pool was fun and clean, family oriented. Just overall the best place to stay!! 10/10

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Loved it!!!
This was a great condo!! My girls absolutely loved the bunk beds and was in them the whole time!! Never wanted to come out of them!! Great location, we went during spring break and didn’t have to worry about the crowds like the other condos we stayed at before. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Perfect for us .
The view from the balcony was beautiful . The condo was perfect for us . It was clean, all tho, I bought my own disinfectant wipes so I could wipe down door knobs and light fixtures. The check in/out process was pretty simple . Had plenty of cooking utensils and pans. This was the 2nd time renting a unit from the Boardwalk . Never had any problems.

Terrible check out experience
We enjoyed our stay very much with the exception of the check out process. At around 9 am I went down to the lobby to get a luggage cart and when I returned to the unit the door code would not work. I did not have one single thing in my hand. No phone, no keys, no ID. I panicked. I used my daughters phone to call the security desk and they told me I had to go down to RA to get a new code. I felt like the desk clerk was very dismissive about my concern. She did help me but was not apologetic at all about this problem. My daughter is diabetic and her insulin was in the room. This could have been a medical emergency. The clerk suggested that I must have checked in early which I did not. This was a very disturbing experience

Great little Condo
The condo was clean and the decor was cute! Great fridge storage and utensils were great. Three pitchers! The bar and grill by the pool had one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten! Only improvements would have been the number of carts available in lobby at check in/check out and flexibility of checking in early or late checkouts.

Relaxing vacation
Beautiful ocean front property! Clean, family oriented. Walking distance to Pineapple Willie's. Great food and drinks at the tiki bar. Nice pool for adults and a kiddie pool/splash pad. It is my favorite place to stay in PCB!

Perfection
We had a great time! The pool and splash pad were perfect for my 3 year old! The only draw back was that our balcony was closed for renovations but we were refunded 30%, so we were still happy. I would definitely stay here again. The security was on point. I constantly witnessed them checking wrist bands and enforcing policy regarding appropriate pool attire and asking unauthorized people to leave the premises. Everyone we encounter as far as staff was very professional and one day they even handed out popsicles to the kids at the pool. The beds were kinda hard, but adequate. We loved it and plan on booking again in the future!

Great condo just as pictured!
This was an amazing condo to rent and we would definitely stay here again! The condo is just as pictured and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, cups, silverware, knives, etc, we just picked some stuff up at the grocery store which is close by. They even provided us with dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. the only down fall to our trip was the late check in. Check in starts at 4pm but we were not able to check in till after 5:30pm. The site said they were struggling with house keeping. They did give us 2 drinks to use at the pool for our inconvenience but this could be very frustrating for those that traveled far. The pool area and beach was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating. Our balcony was under renovation so we could not use it but the site said that’s a possibility till May of this year. So if that’s super important to you, I would hold off till summer before visiting. To the owners, we suggest keeping a toilet plunger there. We bought one and left if there. Not sure why that wouldn’t be a staple?

The property was ok even then we didn't get to look at the beach or go on it. That was a bummer!
I loved the condo except for the proud noises early in the mornings. It felt like an unlearn clock going off for work even tho we were on vacation. It was obvious the covers had not been changed from the prior visitors because there was hair and stuff on the pillows and cover in the master bed and in the top bunk, there were a child's glasses left over. I do not not believe the condo was cleaned to the best of its ability .

Beautifully decorated and well maintained
I've stayed at the Boardwalk years ago and always had trouble trying to get a room again. I was so happy to get a room through VRBO because it's my favorite place to stay in PCB. Beautiful property, easy check in, and always great parking.

Just opening the door and seeing that magnificent view took our breath away! The condo had everything we needed so all we needed to do was to pick up a few groceries and we were all set. The king size bed worked well for us and the comforter set was so soft and dreamy. We would stay here again when we return.

Stress-Free, AWESOME, clean, quiet, beautiful, well lit and spacious 1 bedroom condo with a balcony.
I don't know where to begin as my stay was so refreshing. This room was exactly as it looks on the pictures above. The condo was very clean, well lit, quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with simple necessities that are needed if you decide to eat in. Located in the hallway closet, there is an ironing board, iron, broom and dust pan as well as extra comforters, should you need them. While only 2 of us stayed this time, I will definitely bring my children the next time, as there was more than enough room. We didn't have to worry about a lot of noise or children running around unattended. While this property has a lot of rules and regulations, it's worth it. We could not have picked a better condo this past weekend. The bedroom was very romantic and the view from the balcony was immaculate!! This condo has definitely earned a Top 5 vote with me, and I am a VERY picky person. We did not have to drive very far for anything, as this property was right around the corner from everthing you need. I will definitely be back this summer. Monique T.
