Girl’s Trip Beach Vibes 2024
This condo is very well located on PCB and absolutely beautiful. I was blown away by the gulf views from both bedrooms, living/dining area, and kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows and doors to the balcony truly enhance the magnificence of each sunrise and sunset. We had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this condo for your next PCB trip. Great for both friends or families.

Girls Trip
Met my girlfriends in Panama City for the week & this condo was perfect. Very clean and spacious! Great location and convenient to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Bonus points for views, both bedrooms and living/dining area have balcony access and floor to ceiling windows. Sunrise and sunset views were amazing.

Relaxing stay
Absolutely loved staying at this cozy condo. Met up with my two best friends from high school and it was perfect. The place is super comfortable and has everything you could need. The view of the water from every room is breathtaking. And, I could be at the beach or looking at the beach all day, but if you need more, its a convenient location to lots in PCB as well as Rosemary Beach and 30A. Highly recommend.

A perfect week
When we arrived, our unit was ready, clean and beautiful. The new sliding glass doors that were replaced look great and operate wonderfully and provide an amazing view. This is our second time staying in this unit and we will definitely return again.

Great Condo
Walked in and immediately smelled a clean smell. Certainly the cleanest unit I have ever stayed at. The floor plan is fantastic...a short entry, then the space opens left to right and every room has the ocean view. Total privacy between bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, towels and washcloths were clean and white...may have been new. Beach service was great...Johnny was top notch. He checked on us regularly through the day and was happy to adjust our umbrellas as needed. We enjoyed the quieter experience being on the west end of Pajama City Beach, the beach was deep, lots of room. Big TVs in every room. We loved it all. Only thing that should be corrected is there was only 1 hairdryer in the unit, really should be one in each bathroom. Fortunately my daughter lets her curly hair air dry, so I had use of the dryer and we didn’t have to share. We would love to stay here again.

Repeat renters!
The checking/checkout was simple and convenient....the design/layout of the condo is the best we’ve found...view from the condo was amazing...the condo was clean and well maintained. The location of Seachase is perfect - close to restaurants but away enough to enjoy the quiet. We rent a condo at Seachase every summer for our beach vacation.

Best Floor Plan Ever!
We loved the condo and beach location. The beach was like a private oasis. No crowds on the property here. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Perfect setup for 2 couples with each bedroom having their own bathroom. We have stayed on the beach for 24 years and the condo had the best floor plan we had ever seen. Great time can't wait to go back. Would book again.

Peaceful & Relaxing!
The location was perfect if you are looking for a peaceful & relaxing vacation! The balcony was very spacious & a favorite spot to have our morning coffee. The beach was only steps away!

Great stay!

Gorgeous ocean views!
As a family of 8 this condo was so worth it for us! Very clean and had enough room for all of us. The kids loved the balcony and we loved the access straight to the beach! We will definitely be back!

Love it
This is our second year staying at 201W can not say enough good things about this condo. Very roomy clean quite great location . One of the best things about this building is the on site parking, no walking across front beach road or trying to find a spot . Southern Coast Rental Company is a great management company to deal with never has been any issues ! Looking forward to 2024 and our stay at 201W for the third year !

Great Place
This unit was perfect! There was plenty of space and the kitchen had EVERYTHING. It was not very crowded, even during Spring Break. My only complaint was the pool was not heated. Otherwise, it has been our favorite spot by far!
If you stay here, eat at Mikes Oyster Bar. It's amazing.

Panama City Beach 2023
We had a wonderful stay at Seachase Beachfront W201. The location could not be beat. It is close to many local restaurants, attractions,and shopping. We enjoyed Pier Park, Pompano Joe's, Sharky's, The Craft Bar, Shades, and Salty Sue's just to name a few. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. There were beach chairs, beach and pool toys also to use if needed. The balcony had plenty of seating. Comfortable beds and furniture. The only thing I can mention to improve would be some minor paint touch-ups in a couple areas and the addition of some hooks on the bathroom/bedroom doors for towels, clothes, etc. We were also informed that the windows in all the units are to eventually be replaced which will be nice when that is upgraded. We are very happy with the unit and would highly recommend it to friends and relatives. We absolutely loved our stay and most importantly the amazing view of the beautiful beach, waves, and breathtaking sunsets! Thank you!

Seachase W201
The location and view are amazing. The condo is spacious. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Everything was very clean.
I would definitely stay again. The toilets do need to be adjusted or have something replaced. They ran for about 5 minutes after you flushed and took forever to fill up.

We have stayed in a lot of condos and this by far one of my favorites. Not only was everything will stocked, cleaned and organized, you have a view of the ocean from every room, (well, except the bathrooms). There were 6 of us, and we had more than plenty of room. This is very spacious condo. Thank you for making it so welcoming and cozy. We will be back!
