Repeat renters!
The checking/checkout was simple and convenient....the design/layout of the condo is the best we’ve found...view from the condo was amazing...the condo was clean and well maintained. The location of Seachase is perfect - close to restaurants but away enough to enjoy the quiet. We rent a condo at Seachase every summer for our beach vacation.

Best Floor Plan Ever!
We loved the condo and beach location. The beach was like a private oasis. No crowds on the property here. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Perfect setup for 2 couples with each bedroom having their own bathroom. We have stayed on the beach for 24 years and the condo had the best floor plan we had ever seen. Great time can't wait to go back. Would book again.

Peaceful & Relaxing!
The location was perfect if you are looking for a peaceful & relaxing vacation! The balcony was very spacious & a favorite spot to have our morning coffee. The beach was only steps away!

Great stay!
We've stayed in this unit once before and loved the new solid surface flooring! Seachase is our favorite place to stay and this unit will be our new go to, can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous ocean views!
As a family of 8 this condo was so worth it for us! Very clean and had enough room for all of us. The kids loved the balcony and we loved the access straight to the beach! We will definitely be back!

Love it
This is our second year staying at 201W can not say enough good things about this condo. Very roomy clean quite great location . One of the best things about this building is the on site parking, no walking across front beach road or trying to find a spot . Southern Coast Rental Company is a great management company to deal with never has been any issues ! Looking forward to 2024 and our stay at 201W for the third year !

Great Place
This unit was perfect! There was plenty of space and the kitchen had EVERYTHING. It was not very crowded, even during Spring Break. My only complaint was the pool was not heated. Otherwise, it has been our favorite spot by far!
If you stay here, eat at Mikes Oyster Bar. It's amazing.

Panama City Beach 2023
We had a wonderful stay at Seachase Beachfront W201. The location could not be beat. It is close to many local restaurants, attractions,and shopping. We enjoyed Pier Park, Pompano Joe's, Sharky's, The Craft Bar, Shades, and Salty Sue's just to name a few. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. There were beach chairs, beach and pool toys also to use if needed. The balcony had plenty of seating. Comfortable beds and furniture. The only thing I can mention to improve would be some minor paint touch-ups in a couple areas and the addition of some hooks on the bathroom/bedroom doors for towels, clothes, etc. We were also informed that the windows in all the units are to eventually be replaced which will be nice when that is upgraded. We are very happy with the unit and would highly recommend it to friends and relatives. We absolutely loved our stay and most importantly the amazing view of the beautiful beach, waves, and breathtaking sunsets! Thank you!

Seachase W201
The location and view are amazing. The condo is spacious. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Everything was very clean.
I would definitely stay again. The toilets do need to be adjusted or have something replaced. They ran for about 5 minutes after you flushed and took forever to fill up.

We have stayed in a lot of condos and this by far one of my favorites. Not only was everything will stocked, cleaned and organized, you have a view of the ocean from every room, (well, except the bathrooms). There were 6 of us, and we had more than plenty of room. This is very spacious condo. Thank you for making it so welcoming and cozy. We will be back!
