Our stay was very pleasant and the location was very quaint. The beach was never over crowded. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. I will say when we checked in, it was very hot and the curtains were closed. Everything eventually cooled down with some assistance from oscillating fans that were there but it took a while. My son and I went and played golf at Bay Pointe which was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very spacious, well equipped and in a great location. Only suggestion: add a covered deck, gazebo or at least tables with umbrella at the pool for some shade.

Beautiful view in all the rooms! Very clean, laid out perfectly. Both bedrooms have ocean views. New McGuires almost across the street you can have great food and walk is easy. Beach service is great! Easy walk to beach. Elevator was so fast even though we walked stairs a lot. Stores are close by. The only thing they need is to get rid of popcorn ceilings since they already need some work on them. That was it though. Very quiet also. Sunset views are great. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay in W201. We have stayed in the building before but this was the first time in this unit and it met our expectations, very clean and cozy. If I had a complaint it would be the king bed seemed to sink but everything else was perfect. The beach chairs with the condo was a nice touch as well. We will be staying again.

Girl’s Trip Beach Vibes 2024
This condo is very well located on PCB and absolutely beautiful. I was blown away by the gulf views from both bedrooms, living/dining area, and kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows and doors to the balcony truly enhance the magnificence of each sunrise and sunset. We had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this condo for your next PCB trip. Girls Trip
Met my girlfriends in Panama City for the week & this condo was perfect. Very clean and spacious! Great location and convenient to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Bonus points for views, both bedrooms and living/dining area have balcony access and floor to ceiling windows. Sunrise and sunset views were amazing.

Relaxing stay
Absolutely loved staying at this cozy condo. Met up with my two best friends from high school and it was perfect. The place is super comfortable and has everything you could need. The view of the water from every room is breathtaking. And, I could be at the beach or looking at the beach all day, but if you need more, its a convenient location to lots in PCB as well as Rosemary Beach and 30A. Highly recommend.

Only thing that should be corrected is there was only 1 hairdryer in the unit, really should be one in each bathroom. Fortunately my daughter lets her curly hair air dry, so I had use of the dryer and we didn’t have to share. We would love to stay here again.

Walked in and immediately smelled a clean smell. Certainly the cleanest unit I have ever stayed at. The floor plan is fantastic...a short entry, then the space opens left to right and every room has the ocean view. Total privacy between bedrooms. Best Floor Plan Ever!
We loved the condo and beach location. The beach was like a private oasis. No crowds on the property here. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Perfect setup for 2 couples with each bedroom having their own bathroom. We have stayed on the beach for 24 years and the condo had the best floor plan we had ever seen. Great time can't wait to go back. Would book again.

This is our second year staying at 201W can not say enough good things about this condo. Very roomy clean quite great location . One of the best things about this building is the on site parking, no walking across front beach road or trying to find a spot . We loved our stay here. We spent most of our time out on the balcony where the beach view is amazing. Easy beach and pool access. The kitchen is well stocked. All the appliances worked as expected. The pull out bed in the couch was rather uncomfortable for an adult, but the kids didn’t seem to mind.

We loved this place. It was past Pier Park where it was not as crowded but close enough to everything that we could get around easily. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and doors and the layout of the condo. We like this much better than the high rise condos. It was the perfect place.

Panama City Beach 2023
We had a wonderful stay at Seachase Beachfront W201. The location could not be beat. It is close to many local restaurants, attractions,and shopping. We enjoyed Pier Park, Pompano Joe's, Sharky's, The Craft Bar, Shades, and Salty Sue's just to name a few. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. There were beach chairs, beach and pool toys also to use if needed. The balcony had plenty of seating. Comfortable beds and furniture. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Seachase Condo for three weeks. The condo itself is very well maintained and the views to the ocean were awesome. There was some noise due to replacement from of all windows and doors in the building but the owners understood how this was affecting our relaxation time and gave us a discount. Amazing!!! We will definitely be back.

The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay again. The toilets do need to be adjusted or have something replaced. They ran for about 5 minutes after you flushed and took forever to fill up.

The location and view are amazing. The condo is spacious. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Everything was very clean.
I would definitely stay again. The toilets do need to be adjusted or have something replaced. They ran for about 5 minutes after you flushed and took forever to fill up.

Annual Mother's Day Getaway
Mom & I have made Seachase Condos our destination for a perfect Mother's Day Week Vacay each year! This condo's location on the 2nd floor was so very convenient! We love Seachase for its amazing floor to ceiling views from all rooms and its always so peaceful without all the rowdy partiers you have to deal with at other sites. The added 2 chair beach service included with this condo was a definite plus! No worries abiut hauling chairs, umbrella, and gear up and down! I only seen a minor issue with cleaning in the bathrooms, but nothing worth a complaint or anything less than 5 stars!! Of course the view, having sooo many pillows, the washer/dryer, and not having to worry about a key are my favorites about this condo!

We have stayed in a lot of condos and this by far one of my favorites. Not only was everything will stocked, cleaned and organized, you have a view of the ocean from every room, (well, except the bathrooms). There were 6 of us, and we had more than plenty of room. This is very spacious condo. Thank you for making it so welcoming and cozy. We will be back!

This was our second year in this condo and we absolutely love it. The location is ideal for the best restaurants, groceries and shopping. The view is unbeatable. This condo comes supplied with everything we always need and more. We already can’t wait for next year!

Great place to stay! Spectacular ocean views from all rooms, very spacious. Decor was a bit dated, but the place more than makes up for it. Furniture was very comfortable. Host was responsive when I had a minor issue with the locks. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely book again in the future. Thanks, Teri!!
