If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front bedrooms, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet with a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Full beds in the other. The living room also features a pullout sofa for additional guests. The generously sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. All units have fully equipped kitchens with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.
Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.
***NOTE: Beginning in mid-August 2023, the Seachase HOA will be replacing all glass (doors & windows) in both buildings. This is scheduled to begin on the 8th floor, west tower. This should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but work is expected to last several months. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.***
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

This is our second year staying at 201W can not say enough good things about this condo. Very roomy clean quite great location . One of the best things about this building is the on site parking, no walking across front beach road or trying to find a spot . Southern Coast Rental Company is a great management company to deal with never has been any issues ! Great Place
This unit was perfect! There was plenty of space and the kitchen had EVERYTHING. It was not very crowded, even during Spring Break. My only complaint was the pool was not heated. Otherwise, it has been our favorite spot by far!

Panama City Beach 2023
We had a wonderful stay at Seachase Beachfront W201. The location could not be beat. It is close to many local restaurants, attractions,and shopping. We enjoyed Pier Park, Pompano Joe's, Sharky's, The Craft Bar, Shades, and Salty Sue's just to name a few. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. There were beach chairs, beach and pool toys also to use if needed. The balcony had plenty of seating. Comfortable beds and furniture. The only thing I can mention to improve would be some minor paint touch-ups in a couple areas and the addition of some hooks on the bathroom/bedroom doors for towels, clothes, etc. We were also informed that the windows in all the units are to eventually be replaced which will be nice when that is upgraded. We are very happy with the unit and would highly recommend it to friends and relatives. We absolutely loved our stay and most importantly the amazing view of the beautiful beach, waves, and breathtaking sunsets! The location and view are amazing. The condo is spacious. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Everything was very clean.
I would definitely stay again. The toilets do need to be adjusted or have something replaced. We have stayed in a lot of condos and this by far one of my favorites. Not only was everything will stocked, cleaned and organized, you have a view of the ocean from every room, (well, except the bathrooms). There were 6 of us, and we had more than plenty of room.
