Majestic Tower II Unit 508
This deluxe sized unit offers almost 1,300 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. There is an indoor dining table, perfect for playing a game or enjoying a meal, as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the gulf, a large television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail overlooking the beach. It also features a separate wet bar with sink and wine cooler. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King size bed, television, and its own private ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, walk-in shower, large whirlpool tub, separate dressing area, and spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers both a full-sized bed, as well as a set of full over full bunks, and its own television. There is also a second full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer inside the unit for your use.

*This Free Activities Program allows for 1 free admission to each of the activities listed above, per day, per reservation, every day of your stay! Guests can book activities online or via telephone. Detailed instructions will be sent after booking. (Admissions cannot be combined and rolled over to another day. This program is only valid for stays of 27 nights or less.)
Important Notes:
- There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $40 (subject to change) required to be paid prior to arrival. This Registration Fee also includes 1 parking pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link for registration and payment will be provided via email prior to your arrival. A second Parking Pass may be purchased for an additional $40, except from June 29-July 27. During this period, only 1 vehicle is permitted. No additional on-site parking is allowed due to HOA restrictions. Additional parking is available in a nearby public lot with a daily or weekly fee.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

We had a great visit to PCB in this condo. We have stayed at the Majestic many times and this unit was excellent! It was spacious, extremely clean, and uncluttered. The beds were comfortable and we loved the outdoor seating on the balcony. The instructions & communication from the rental company were clear and helpful. Very relaxing. Beach pool is a great combo. Lots of things to do in the area. Unloading procedure wasn’t clear, but we found out loading/unloading is in the back. The room was wonderful. It had everything you would need. They were more than generous with the basic essentials(toilet paper, dish soap, ect). I would totally stay again. The only things that would make the place more perfect would be streaming sticks for the tvs and a tankless hot water heater. Also if the property security wasn’t such jerks. Absolutely no music by the pool and drinks have to be 6ft from the water. It’s very annoying. We stayed at the beach for the most part.- Jessica , Posted: 9/9/2025Thank you. No complaints! Our stay was more than what we expected, the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Being on the 5th floor was a plus , had a fantastic view. Great location with restaurants nearby within walking distance. Teri was wonderful and responsive. We loved this condo! Well furnished with comfortable beds. We loved the outdoor balcony furnishings as well. The view was wonderful and it was nice to be on 5 so you could do stairs to parking garage bridge on 3. We had zero complaints. We had everything we needed and more and the view was absolutely stunning. Teri was always responsive and helpful and very kind. LOVED this condo!
We love Majestic and have stayed in several 2-bedroom units there over the years. However, we have never stayed in a "deluxe" 2-bedroom. I was not sure it would make a big difference, but it truly does. The floorplan is much better and we had a ton of space. The wet bar was a huge plus (I am a wine drinker!). The Polywood furniture out back was very nice and comfortable. I always find it disappointing to spend a lot of money on a vacation and the balcony furniture is falling apart.
