Dunes of Panama Unit E302

My family and I had an amazing week at this condo. We enjoyed the views from the balcony, the very soft and comfortable beds, walking to Finn's coffee shop across the street in the morning and the 3 different pools on the property. The kitchen was stocked with everything possible and we were happy to find some boogie boards, sand toys and a pool noodles to enjoy in the water. This home is located in a great area away from the busy city of Panama Beach. Its much more quiet and private and felt safer then when we ventured into the city. Cant wait to be back next spring!

Overall a nice place to stay for the week. We liked having the full kitchen to avoid eating out. Quiet area around the condo, not a lot of entertainment/dining in walking distance.
Master shower is really short. I am 6 ft tall and I was taller than the shower head. If you are 6’3” your head is scraping the ceiling in the shower. If you are taller you won’t be able to stand up all the way in the shower.
We didn’t visit the pool area due to colder temps while we were there.

Really enjoyed our quick fall break trip! Everything was exactly as it was advertised. We flew in so the beach chairs were a great benefit. Plenty of dishes and items to cook with. Had fun playing Bingo with our kids one night at Stingrays downstairs. Pool was great, weather was great. Great location away from the normal PCB craziness. We wish there had been a supply of beach toys (we left some for the next family) and maybe some basic things that everyone uses to cook/eat like coffee filters, olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. like we have had at other condos over the years (we left some if that, too), but that was a minor inconvenience that was easily fixable for a few bucks. We would 100% stay here again!

This place is great!! It was perfect for our family with three little kids. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool. It seemed like the quiet side of PCB which was fantastic.
Cons:
There were strict instructions to not turn the thermostat down below 70 or we would be charged a service fee if it froze up. I keep my house at 66-68 so it was HOT when we were sleeping 🥵
The “fast” wifi was not fast at all and we were not able to use our streaming services.
One of the TVs was signed into someone else’s plex account which had porn directly on the home screen. This was the tv in the bedroom my kids were in, so that was a little shocking. 🫣
All in all we would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the condo. Felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the balcony. We even saw dolphins jumping in the waves! What a wonderful way to start the day! The view is incredible. And the sunsets…breathtaking! We especially enjoyed the privacy of the beach. The reserved chairs and umbrella that came with condo was awesome. Everything was extremely clean and comfy cozy. Bathroom and kitchen well stocked, appreciate the little extra amenities. Plenty of towels. Relaxing and peaceful. Parking was so easy. Didn’t use the pool,but it looked very nice. Fellow occupants of the condo were very helpful and friendly. Great location for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. Really loved this part of the beach. I took my mom on this girls trip and we made so many happy memories. We’ll never forget it! Thanks to Teri and Southern Coast for a spectacular vacation destination. I highly recommend Teri and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here! Very short walk from the room to the beach. Beautiful balcony view and is shaded the majority of the day. The pool and a restaurant are also located in the building. We will be trying to come back next summer!

Great stay! Extremely comfortable and clean condo. Beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be a few more kitchen essentials such as measuring cups and a few tupperware bowls with lids.

I can't put into words just how wonderful our stay was! Our long overdue first family vacation at E302 did NOT disappoint! I feel like it was meant for our family in every way. From the colors, the decor, the space, the bed, the balcony, the view.. everything was amazing. I'm just thankful the owners share their beautiful place with people like us to enjoy too! Wow! My family also felt safe & peaceful at the dunes. Like home. It's a few minutes away from the main front beach road so it's more calm & secluded. I had a check list of needs/wants & E302 checked all of the boxes. To the comfy spacious couch, big enough for the 5 of us, to the dinning table that also accommodated everyone, the view & balcony space, to what floor #, that topped it all off! How nice is it to wake up and drink your morning coffee to such a beautiful view & sound? I believe E302 is just right for us & is as pictured & advertised. Teri replied almost instantly to me! We can't wait to book again asap! Thanks again

We have been to PCB multiple times but this condo was absolutely the best we’ve been in yet! Very clean, spacious and clear check in and check out instructions . Conveniently located on the 3rd floor so if you don’t want to wait on the elevator the stairs are an easy option also. The unit was all we could’ve asked for and the pool and free beach service were the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend Teri and would also stay at this exact condo again. 10/10

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was so cute and clean…everything available that we needed, fully stocked kitchen. Terri was a wonderful host and she was always there and VERY responsive if we needed anything or had questions. It was such a fabulous stay…condo unit…area…everything! The price was a total match to our experience. It was such a great weekend with family! We will definitely do this again and stay in this exact same unit. I cannot say enough good things.
