This incredibly spacious condominium offers over 1,300 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals or playing a game, and there is additional breakfast bar seating as well. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with beautiful views of the gulf, a large Smart television, and access to the unit's large private balcony. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King size bed, Smart television, access to the balcony, and its own private ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks. The second bedroom also has a King bed, Smart television, and its own private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, a Smart television and private access to the third full bathroom which is also accessible from the hallway. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. For your convenience, this unit also has a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Important Notes:
-This unit comes with 2 parking passes. You have access to one assigned parking space in the parking garage only 20 steps from the elevator, as well as a space in the overflow lot across the street. Overflow lot is on a first come, first serve basis. Please note, oversize vehicles may be unable to fit in the parking garage. Max 2 vehicles allowed per stay. If you need to park additional vehicles, there is a nearby public lot that can be used for a additional fee.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Great unit with great location
Our unit was great, clean, except floors were dirty. Unit had everything in it. And live that it had extra bed sheets, plenty of towels. Nice washing machine and dryer. Kitchen fully stocked. We had a wonderful week at the Ocean Ritz! 902 is the middle apartment so you get the center balcony which slightly extends out further than the others. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was a first for us and SO NICE. The convenience of getting downstairs to the pool or ocean is easy as pie, and although the parking is a bit of a nuisance for others, the assigned space for 902 is straight up the ramp, which allowed us to back right out (with caution of course) when we needed to leave. The location is great and anything you need you could walk to it.
The hosts were all very responsive and accommodating… may I add *very gracious* as well because we had a small accident (a first for us) and they changed my whole mood with how sweet and understanding they were when I was originally MORTIFIED😭 the house was stocked with anything you needed to accommodate your stay! Even crockpots and keurigs!😍

Teri is always available and will respond within just a few minutes. The is a great host. The pictures are true and the views are incredible. I like to cook in, so I was surprised to find an air fryer, and a crockpot along with all the other tools one would need for meals. I would only suggest bringing parchment paper/aluminum foil for those who like to bake. Our favorite spot was the larger than expected patio staring right at the beach! It only took a minute to walk on the beach once taking the elevator down. The cool sand was so nice while enjoying the beautiful water! You can rent two lounge chairs and umbrella from a service for $50/day, but we brought our own. We loved that there are only 3 units per floor. The condo wasn’t loud or overcrowded at all. We had one parking spot on the P2 level. Everything was so easy to access. Comfortable bed, plenty of space. Felt safe without feeling overwhelmed with security. Everyone else that was staying in the same building was friendly. Spacious!
We've stayed at Ocean Ritz before but this was our first time staying in a 3 bedroom unit and it was so nice and spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved being able to enjoy our meals on the balcony. The assigned parking spot is in a great location, which was very helpful.
