This beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Treasure Island Resort condo is located almost directly next to Schooner's on the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This eighth-floor beachfront unit has expansive gulf views and an array of amenities. Treasure Island Resort offers guests a large, resort style gulf front swimming pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, poolside cafe, gas grills, & fitness center!
This spacious condominium unit offers nearly 1,400 square feet of luxury coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, granite countertops, an oversized refrigerator, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (including 2 new leather recliners!) with breathtaking views of the gulf, large flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony overlooking the beach. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, television, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, granite countertops, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and separate water closet. The second bedroom offers 1 Queen bed and its own television. The second full bathroom can be accessed directly from the second bedroom, as well as the hall, and also has a spacious walk-in shower. In addition, this unit offers a bunk area, perfect for traveling with children, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. For your convenience, there is a full-sized washing machine and dryer inside the unit as well.

*This Free Activities Program allows for 1 free admission to each of the activities listed above, per day, per reservation, every day of your stay! Guests can book activities online or via telephone. Detailed instructions will be sent after booking. (Admissions cannot be combined and rolled over to another day. This program is only valid for stays of 27 nights or less.)
Important Notes:
- Parking: There is an additional one-time Resort Fee of $35 (cash) or $36.40 (credit/debit card) to be paid upon arrival that includes 2 Parking Passes and up to 6 wristbands. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. (Fees are subject to change). If a wristband is lost, you may purchase a new one for $25.
- This unit comes with one dedicated parking space. An additional space is available on a first come, first served basis. If a third space is needed, there is an additional fee of $100 (plus tax) that can be paid directly to the resort.
- Smoking & Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

My husband and our son always stay at treasure island. Its quieter and clean. This year we brought my sister back with us, she hasnt been since 2013. Now, she has leukemia and she wanted to see the ocean again do we made it happen. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year. Best place we’ve ever stayed anywhere ! Very clean ! Beautiful views from the master bedroom and living room both . Showers were perfect and very modern . Host responds quickly to all needs . We spent a week at this property. It was super clean and the views were breathtaking. The resort is very spacious and the pools and spa are very clean, as is the beach.
The property is tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable (and clean), everything worked well and was perfect for a relaxed week away.
The kitchen has an induction stove and all cookware, serve ware and accessories are available on site. There is a Winn Dixie, Publix, Aldi and Walmart very close by, so we bought the groceries and cooked meals every day. There were enough supplies to cover us for the stay. The dishwasher was a little quirky, but Teri was super responsive via text and a maintenance person arrived promptly to help and we didn't have any additional issues after that.
I would mention that there is some construction/renovation work ongoing - there was beeping noise all day long for the first two days we were there, but it wasn't a huge deal.

The property was just as represented. Very clean and in good shape. The balcony is large and the front master bedroom was perfect for the early mornings listening to the waves. Good Group to Rent From
the checkin information was shared well in advance. absolutely beautiful sunsets in the apartment. the apartment was very clean. even though the fridge was working fine, it was making a humming noise, and Steve came over as soon as he found that it was bothering me and took care of the problem.
