It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Pineapple Willy's, Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort offers guests 3 (2 heated) swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, poolside bar & grill, & BBQ grills.
This beachfront condominium offers over 700 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is an indoor dining table as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with floor-to-ceiling views of the gulf, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony that features a lounger, gliding chairs and a gliding bench. Sip a cup of coffee or a cocktail overlooking the beach. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and oversized tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living room does pull out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 4. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer located inside the unit for your use.

Important Notes:
- 1 Parking Pass is included with your reservation (this includes trailers & motorcycles). An additional pass can be purchased from the office for $35 (excluding the week of and after the 4th of July.)
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! The condo was spotless and had a beautiful view. We went in the second week of August which I highly recommend! We never waited at any restaurants. No traffic. Quiet and fun beach vacay without the party crowd. We definitely would book this condo again. What an amazing time! This unit was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pull out couch and used it as a fort. The bedroom facing the water was a delight to wake up to. The tub was huge and that helped out when it was time to wash the boys up. The beach access right when you get off the elevator was extremely convenient! Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures — even better in person. It was spotlessly clean, and the view from the balcony was simply spectacular. We especially loved the cozy seating arrangements on the balcony where we spent most of our time relaxing and taking in the scenery.
The location was perfect, with lots of activities nearby — from great restaurants to exciting water sports and much more. Terri was incredibly friendly,accommodating and very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our stay here! We've actually stayed at this specific condo before and were lucky enough to have found it again on this site. It has the best views (we've seen dolphins!!), walkable to many places and we love the giant tub.
