Splash Resort Unit W502- This 2-bedroom, 2-bath 5th floor beachfront condominium offers almost 1,100 square feet of coastal living space. Although this unit is located on the fifth floor, the bottom 2 floors of the complex are for the pool and other facilities, so the height of this condo is more like one on the 7th floor. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances (brand NEW refrigerator November 2025), and has everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (brand NEW sleeper sofa November 2025) with beautiful views of the gulf, a large smart television, and access to the unit's private balcony. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King-sized bed, television, and its own ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and oversized soaking tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and its own television. The second full bathroom also has granite countertops and a tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living room does pull out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer inside the unit for your use.
