Tidewater Beach Resort 1304- This beachfront condo located on the 13th floor of Tidewater Beach Resort offers over 900 square feet of coastal living space. This unit offers incredible views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters PCB is known for. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the gulf, a large Smart TV with cable and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom has a King size bed, Smart TV with cable & ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The twin over twin bunk area is perfect for traveling with children. The living room sofa also pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a second full bathroom as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Tidewater Beach Resort offers guests both a heated indoor & 2 outdoor pools, hot tubs, poolside bar & grill, movie theatre, game room, and fitness center with a Roman spa! Tidewater Beach Resort is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which is home to 124 shops, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options. Tidewater offers easy access to Highway 79, is less than 20 minutes from the airport, and is within walking distance to Winn Dixie, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Marco's Pizza, and Margaritaville.

Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $35 plus tax & credit card fees (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes up to 2 Parking Passes and 6 wristbands. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link to pay will be sent via email prior to arrival. Max 2 vehicles per HOA restrictions.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Beautiful views of the ocean! The condo was nicely decorated and very clean! The ONLY downfall about our stay was the elevators. With it being a holiday weekend, the wait time was long at times. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was super clean and very convenient to shopping and food. The view was amazing. I was a little worried about the elevator wait times due to some of the other reviews on here but we had no issues at all. Even during peak times/bike week. The condo was spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. View from the balcony was spectacular. Communicating was easy with Terri and she was very responsive and professional. Lots to do in the local area with many restaurants and activities. Even the grocery store was close by. It was great having covered parking right next door. Our only issue was the long waits for the elevators. Several were out of service which was a repeat critique in the reviews. Hopefully the managers of the Tidewater Resort will place extra emphasis on this issue. Beautiful and clean condo with great views of the ocean. Elevators were an issue during the Memorial holiday, but that's to be expected, so plan ahead if you're visiting during holidays. What would've made our experience even better is if we were offered a free beach chair set up during our stay. It's $60 a day to reserve the beach chair setup, which is 2 chairs and an umbrella. We went to Walmart and bought an umbrella and used our camping chairs, but we didn't get the prime location, which is right in front of the hotel (setups are all in front). Elevators can be a pain but that's where we met new people and our daughter met friends. Thoroughly Enjoyed!
Thoroughly enjoyed our restful stay for our 42nd anniversary! Booking to checkout, was easy through Teri who was quick to respond to questions. Condo had an amazing 13th floor view from the private balcony & unless you leaned out, all you could see was beach & beautiful sunsets! Exactly as described & very clean w everything in good working order. Living room furniture was exceptionally comfortable as well as the bed, pillows & even the variety of patio furniture. High top table & chairs was more comfortable than most but a bit hard on our old knees, etc. for sitting longer playing games but fine for meals. The kitchen was well stocked w a good variety of dishes, cookware & small appliances. Most everything in the unit seemed to be of good quality & comfortable. The recliners, ceiling fans, living room & outdoor rugs were a bonus. Also box fan & extra linens in closet if needed & great shower head. The kitchen was well stocked w a good variety of dishes, cookware & small appliances. Most everything in the unit seemed to be of good quality & comfortable. The recliners, ceiling fans, living room & outdoor rugs were a bonus. Also box fan & extra linens in closet if needed & great shower head.
