Location, location, location! Built in 2020, Calypso Tower III is the newest building of the complex. Located directly in front of Pier Park and within walking distance to several popular restaurants and attractions including Margaritaville, Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Skywheel, The Grande Theatre, Hook'd, Russell-Fields Pier, and much more!
Calypso offers guests a resort-style (heated in winter) swimming pool, hot tub, 2 tiki bars (open seasonally), cabanas (available for rent), and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
This tastefully decorated 18th floor unit features beautiful coastal flooring, quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, a private 10-foot-wide balcony with views of the gulf, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom offers one King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are also a set of bunk beds in the hallway, perfect for traveling with children. Additionally, the sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, to comfortably sleep a total of 6. There is a second bathroom located in the unit as well with a tub/shower combo. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Please Note: There is an additional one-time fee of $60 per vehicle (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival for up to 2 parking passes. This fee is in addition to the reservation total and is paid directly to the resort. A link to pay for parking pass(es) will be sent from Calypso.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Wristbands must be worn in pool area. 6 will be in the unit upon arrival.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

My daughter and I stayed here for a girls vacation. The condo was wonderful and in a great location. Everything about our stay was fantastic. I can’t say enough about Teri and how amazing she was. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We had a small is she with the toilet running and a hot water issue. This was something out of their control and was fixed immediately. They even treated us to a local attraction for the inconvenience. We are already planning when our next trip will be to come back! Could Not Have Asked for More!
This place (& Host) were incredible. We arrived late at night and went to the wrong building, but the front desk attendant was super helpful and even printed out our parking pass. The place was amazing — location, location, location. Ocean view, heated outdoor pool open late, and easy walk to Beach & Pier Park. For folks coming from the cold Midwest for a baseball tourney, it was ideal. We arrived the day after Xmas stayed till Jan 2nd. Place was equipped with all the necessities — my only comment would be that the bunk beds are sized better for middle school/Junior high kids vs my 6'1" high school boy. But we had plenty of options and the location was perfect — esp for the NYE ball drop. I could not have asked for anything more. We've been going to PCB for years and this condo exceeded our expectations. We were there for the Ironman race and the location is perfect... If you're traveling purely for leisure, it's perfectly located within easy walking distance to Pier Park and offers tons of parking. Bottom line... everything about this listing is accurate and probably a bit under rated in our opinion. Thoroughly Enjoyed it!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pool was great and the attached restaurant was a life saver with my young toddler. The fact this building is across the road from the beach made me hesitant about booking, but it was a short and easy walk and wasn't an issue. We especially enjoyed the included tickets to the Sky Wheel in Pier Park as this is an annual must-do with our toddler. Great location & balcony
We haven't been since the kids were toddlers. My husband loves eating at Dusty's Oyster bar and it was extremely close (we ate there 2 times). It was great being able to watch the sunset, the Pier and still hear the ocean waves. I think tower 3 is more secluded which was great. They have two Tiki bars, one in tower 3 and the other 1 & 2. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and they felt safe and close to us. The King size bed is so comfy and I slept great. Surprisingly it was quite up there too. The kitchen was great along with having a variety of appliances and cookware for those tired nights. The washer and dryer definitely got used. Not to mention I stayed on my patio in those comfy chairs. You could hear the live music while watching the sunset. We haven’t been since the kids were toddlers. My husband loves eating at Dusty’s Oyster bar and it was extremely close (we ate there 2 times).
It was great being able to watch the sunset, the Pier and still hear the ocean waves. I think tower 3 is more secluded which was great. This was a great place! Beautiful view, most everything was in walking distance. Our only issue was the bed, it would sink in. I would recommend either a new mattress or more support underneath. Had a great time in PCB. Calypso III Unit 1805 was absolutely perfect. No complaints at all. Stayed April 29 thru May 6th. Called SCVR and added another night and got a great nightly rate. Definitely worth the stay.
Overall I was very happy with my stay at the Calypso III Resort Unit 1805 in Panama City Beach. On top of a great location, the free activities were a game changer for my kids. I can not say enough good things about Calypso Tower III. The room was fantastic, the loacation couldn't be better. My kids had a great time, and loved being able to walk to the Pier Park and enjoy tha activities that came with booking Southern Coast Vacation Rentals. My sister and her family and other friends booked rooms at Calypso Tower I, told me several times I had picked the perfect location to stay at. This property is wonderful. It is very clean, has everything you need. Views are amazing. It has a great blackout shade for the main room. PERFECT LOCATION
We were there for our yearly baseball tournament with our son. We had 2 teenagers and an 8 year old and the property entertained them all. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend! All Around Perfect Stay
Every aspect of this stay was perfect. Seamless check in/out. Property was super clean. Location is perfect. We parked our car at the condo when we arrived and didn’t move it until we left today. All the furniture seemed fairly new and nothing was outdated. Their website did say that both bathrooms have walk-in showers, but only the master bathroom does. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. That did not effect our stay at all. Other than that, I cannot think of a bad thing to say about the condo or hosts. Thanks so much for having us! I stayed for a month and didn't want to leave. This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location. It has everything you need for a short vacation or a long-term stay. Tons of shops and restaurants you can walk to right around the corner and beautiful sunsets you can watch from the balcony at night. The view is even better than the pictures. The furnishings were high-end with a beachy vibe that will make you feel at home right away. The place was immaculate and the building and common areas are very well maintained.
