Location, location, location! Built in 2020, Calypso Tower III is the newest building of the complex. Located directly in front of Pier Park and within walking distance to several popular restaurants and attractions including Margaritaville, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, The Skywheel, The Grande Theatre, Hook'd, Russell-Fields Pier, and much more!
Calypso offers guests a resort-style (heated in winter) swimming pool, hot tub, 2 tiki bars (open seasonally), cabanas (available for rent), and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
This tastefully decorated 18th floor unit features beautiful coastal flooring, quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, a private 10-foot-wide balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom offers one King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are also a set of bunk beds in the hallway, perfect for traveling with children. Additionally, the sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, to comfortably sleep a total of 6. There is a second bathroom located in the unit as well with a tub/shower combo. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Please Note: There is an additional Parking Fee of $20.00 which covers the duration of your stay. Only 1 vehicle allowed. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Wristbands must be worn in pool area.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Highly recommended!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the resort! Everything is exactly as described/looked just like the pictures. Walking distance to pier park which includes lots of restaurants, entertainment (kids/adults), and shopping. We would definitely stay there again. Great view of the beach. I would 100% recommend this for a great getaway! Beautiful views and very private. Being in the third tower was the best option possible with it being the only one with a hot tub! Very nice place! Amazing stay!
Our stay was amazing. Location is near EVERYTHING!! The pictures does this unit no justice. My kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking. Perfect stay
I stayed for a month and didn't want to leave. This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location. It has everything you need for a short vacation or a long-term stay. Tons of shops and restaurants you can walk to right around the corner and beautiful sunsets you can watch from the balcony at night. The view is even better than the pictures. The furnishings were high-end with a beachy vibe that will make you feel at home right away. The place was immaculate and the building and common areas are very well maintained.
