This 9th floor beachfront condo features 1 bedroom plus bunks and 1 full bathroom. It is located on the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach at Boardwalk Beach Resort. It's within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls, and is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! Boardwalk Beach Resort offers guests a large resort style zero entry swimming pool (heated in the winter), two hot tubs, kiddie pool/play area, tiki bar and corner market, both open seasonally.
This unit offers almost 800 square feet of beachfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and has everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of the gulf, a large flat screen television, and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen television, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is also a bonus bunk nook, twin over twin, perfect for families traveling with children and a pull-out sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: Parking is available at a cost of $50 (plus taxes & fees, subject to change) per vehicle per stay. Max 2 vehicles. Wristbands must be worn by guests 6 years of age and older while on property. These can be purchased for $6/each (plus taxes & fees, subject to change) up to the number your unit sleeps. A link for you to purchase parking and wristbands will be sent prior to arrival.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- The resort requires adult guests to upload a photo ID prior to arrival.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- Guests do NOT have access to the Gym.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Condo was great, just as pictured. Furniture and bed was very comfortable. Condo was in a great location in the building, near the elevators. Building was very clean and quiet, parking was easy. Never had to wait for the elevators which was nice. Maybe have more instructions on the TVs and which remote to use, or how to change the input would be helpful. This was the best condo we’ve stayed at in PCB. The grounds were close to perfect and the security staff made us feel safe. Loved the clean lobby and amount of elevators. Hot tubs and heated pool were amazing on the chilly nights and the parking was included in our stay which is something I believe should be included and never separated. Teri was a wonderful host!! Our family fell in love the moment we got there - we will absolutely be back! The amenities were perfect and the beach is literally steps away. The proximity to town was wonderful too. And not much crowding on the beach either! It was a wonderful trip for our little family. Great location
We really like the location of the Boardwalk. It’s just in between St Andrew’s and Pier Park, the staff on-site is very friendly. The tiki bar on-site has great drinks and the pool is perfect. It’s nice that there are two large hot tubs and a kid zone. This room is right off the elevators so very easy access. Elevators are quick - rarely had to wait like the other larger condo buildings. The view is perfect from the 9th floor. Kitchen had good utensils/pans so we could cook meals. We had a great time here and would recommend for others.Great communication with the owner. Our room was ready a little early and they let us know so we could get checked in quickly. There were drones taking pictures for maintenance one day and both the owner and security made sure we were informed about them, although we only saw the drones once while we were at the pool and they didn’t disturb anyone.- Patricia , Posted: 5/13/2025Thank you, Patricia! Great Beach Location
The property is super clean with fantastic beachfront views. The building has amazing facilities including the pools/hot tubs, tiki bar & onsite market. I would suggest that the listing indicate the coffee maker is standard - not a Keurig & that you need to bring your own hair dryer.
