Mariner West Unit 609
Mariner West is a small, quiet complex located on Thomas Drive on the east end of Panama City Beach. The building was recently renovated with all new windows, doors, exterior painting, and pool resurfacing. Mariner West offers guests a heated swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor grilling area. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.
This 6th floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring ceramic tile throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, spacious living area with pullout sofa and 2 comfortable leather recliners, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, two full bathrooms, and exterior laundry room. The bedroom as an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and the separate hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Dine or lounge on your large private covered balcony overlooking the gulf. Important Notes:
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes and reusable wristbands will be left in the unit.

We stayed in the same building before, love the location. The condo was well decorated with comfortable furniture. Everything was clean and orderly. The shower has great water pressure and the air conditioning worked well. It has an oversized balcony which was really nice. Cute and Comfortable!
We love Mariner West and were happy with our stay in unit 609! Having 2 sofas and 2 recliners in the living room was so nice as seating is usually limited in most condos. Not this one, plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views!
