This 6th floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring ceramic tile throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, spacious living area with pullout sofa and 2 comfortable leather recliners, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, two full bathrooms, and exterior laundry room. The bedroom as an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and the separate hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Dine or lounge on your large private covered balcony overlooking the gulf. - We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes and reusable wristbands will be left in the unit.

We stayed in the same building before, love the location. The condo was well decorated with comfortable furniture. Everything was clean and orderly. The shower has great water pressure and the air conditioning worked well. It has an oversized balcony which was really nice. We love Mariner West and were happy with our stay in unit 609! Having 2 sofas and 2 recliners in the living room was so nice as seating is usually limited in most condos. Not this one, plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views!
