**Please note Reflections will be resurfacing their walkways October through December. This project should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but there will be varying degrees of noise as they complete this project. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.***
Reflections 302 is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at 4100 Marriott Drive on St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach. This unit overlooks the large, resort-style swimming pool (section is heated to a comfortable 85-degrees year-round!), beautifully manicured Nicklaus golf course, and St. Andrew's State Park. Reflections also has cabanas and BBQ grills for guest use, is home to Serenity Spa, and is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, the Bay Point Golf Course, brand new Bay Point Marina, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.
This lovely unit has been recently updated and offers almost 1,500 square feet of bayfront luxury living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of St. Andrew's Bay, a pull-out sofa, a large Smart TV with cable and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom is also bayfront and has its own private ensuite with a king bed, large walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and another full bathroom. Bedrooms are both equipped with Smart TVs with cable. The unit also has a full sized washing machine and dryer. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions. Vehicle information will be requested prior to your arrival and submitted to the Association.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Definitely going back! the apartment was super beautiful and just as described online. Host was super helpful always there recommending places and restaurants to enjoy our stay :). this place has amazing views super clean with privacy at its best. Best Vacation Home Hands Down!
This is hands down the best vacation home we stayed in on our family trips to Florida!! The place was clean. Even the outside grills were in great condition and clean! The pool was perfect for all ages and levels! The home has everything we need. If I have to say one thing to change is maybe the bed. But after being out all day it was just fine!! Third times the charm
This was my third time in the same complex. The location is fantastic (far enough away from the craziness that is Thomas Drive, yet close to everything I enjoy about PCB) and there are plenty of nearby amenities, making it very convenient for guests. I have no problem getting my steps in as the development is great for walking about. The condo itself is nicely decorated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. I especially enjoyed the peaceful balcony and the view. However, the highlight of this condo was the master shower, which was simply amazing. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the beds were a little too soft for my liking, but I am sure others will find that to be a benefit. Wonderful!
This condo made our stay all the better. It was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful views and a beautiful master bath. The little beach wasn't that bad of a walk and it was perfect for the kids. You are trading the many local, walkable, places to eat for the more private experience; but grocery stores are only 5 minutes away. Loved it right away!
Third time on the panhandle this year and this was the best spot of them all! The unit is well kept, spacious, comfortable, and pleasantly decorated. And what a beautiful view, especially from the balcony! Home away from home!
This was probably the only vacation I have ever been on that I felt completely at home. It was clean, decorated beautifully, well-equipped, and the views- WOW! Pictures truly do not do it justice.
