Nicely furnished condo
This was the second time I’ve rented this condo for a relative coming to visit me here in Panama City Beach. It was just as clean and comfortable as it was earlier in the year. It’s very nicely appointed with everything they needed while while visiting here. The amenities are always kept clean and the pool is always sparkling. It’s a quiet family oriented complex.

Great Place!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room and resort itself was amazing and beautiful. The big issue that we had was the cleanliness of the pool. It rained pretty heavy a couple times during our stay. However, there seemed to be no urgency to get the pool cleaned after those storms. We even went into the pool one day after a storm and came across two dead frogs floating around in the pool. We have stayed at this resort multiple times and this has been the first year where there has been issues with the cleanliness of the pool.

Great condo for a family or couples
Reflections is a great condo property tucked away in Bay Point, so there’s no crowds like they have over on the beach. It is on the water just off the beach and overlooks a huge resort type pool with zero entries. I live next door and rented this unit for my granddaughter and her family and this is the second time they’ve been in this particular unit. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had plenty of space and privacy. Unit 211 is their favorite and they’ve stayed in several other units in the building. It’s very well maintained and had everything they needed.

This property is also close to plenty of activities and restaurants. They enjoyed the pirate ship, wonderworks, the trampolines, and go carts, like most of the families with small children. They have their very favorite restaurants that are nearby like Grand Marlin and J Michael’s.

The best part of it all for me was the ease of reserving and the service from Southern Coast Vacation Rentals. This company is owned and managed by local people. They make sure everything is perfect before it’s rented and and always tell me that if we needed anything to please let them know. Since we started renting through them, we have never gone back to the large rental agencies. The only thing my family didn’t care for, was the fact that they had to leave!

I'd stay here again. Great condo and facility
Very clean and comfortable. Quiet except for one night for about 30 minutes after 11:30 pm there were some young kids running on the balcony. They stopped once they saw me open the door. I loved the pool and hot tub. Clean everywhere and the surrounding golf course made for a great path to run. I wish I could have walked to the beach, but I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I cannot say enough good things about Reflections and this unit. The grounds are very well maintained...even the elevator smells good! The views are unbelievable. We usually stay on the gulf, but I think I may prefer this from now on. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and pontoon rentals. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at a few units in this same building (and they are all spectacular) but this was by far the best and most comfortable. Everything about the condo was comfortable and clean, it was well laid out and perfect for our family getaway. We will most definitely return!
