Loved this place, Reflections is amazing, especially if you want quiet. Being on the top floor was especially nice. The deck is awesome, the pool and hot tub relaxing, and the modern furniture was very nice. Great communication and easy check in/check out.
A couple of things that I would have liked to know before we went:
1 - there was no cooking oil, I could have brought it from home but one of the amenities said oil on the description.
2 - There are only two dishwasher tablets for use during your stay, if you’re going to be doing a lot of dishes, you might want to bring your own.
3 - There are only two trash bags, if you’re going to be there awhile, you may want to bring your own.
Overall, it was an A+ vacation, thank you!

Thank you, Josh. We appreciate your review as well as the feedback. The “cooking oil” is an Airbnb issue. Our software allows us to input certain amenities and Airbnb “reads” those amenities differently than intended. However, if we didn’t include that amenity, Airbnb would not include items like pots, pans, etc. so we chose the lesser of two evils. :) The other items you mentioned are clearly disclosed in both the listing description and the check-in instructions.
That being said, we are so thankful to have such amazing housekeepers, inspectors, and a very dedicated local UPS team that located the Apple watch and black duffle bag you left behind and got those shipped back to you so quickly. No one wants to leave things behind, but it happens. And we are glad we were part of an efficient solution.

The view, the grounds, the pool, the location and the accommodations were very nice. We were definitely delighted we’d chosen this rental spot. Dolphins, birds, sunsets, boating activity were the main attractions for us. But there is a very well maintained pool, golf course, and pier for one to enjoy as well. Very beautifully situated across from state park. Wonderful spot!

Best view in the bay. We could see St. Andrew’s State Park. We could see Shell Island. We could see the Gulf of America. The pool was very big. Parking was close. It was quiet. The neighbors were quiet. The place itself was spacious, well-decorated. Loved the kitchen and the shower in the master bathroom. The host was pro-active in reaching out with information and was very quick to respond if I had a question. The place wasn’t far from grocery stores and places to eat. We would stay here again.

Teri’s provided good information in advance, and the driving directions for an alternate entrance to the property were perfect. The condo space is so comfortable and the water views from the balcony and living room are beautiful. The pool and hot tub area is well appointed and we enjoyed how spacious it is.

Fabulous View, Condo & Amenities
We loved this condo! Family of four and plenty comfortable with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds were COMFY!! Condo was well-equipped and nicely furnished with absolutely stunning views of St. Andrews. Pool was huge and well taken care of. While we were there it was never super busy and was plenty relaxing. The private beach was *chef’s kiss* and we went every day that we were there. Again, while people were there, it was never super crowded. SO much sea life right there at the beach area- our kiddos found star fish, sand dollars, pin fish, needle fish, crabs, ghost shrimp, puffer fish, flounder, clams, and endless hermit crabs. Our only true complaint was that there was a used bandaid and purple shampoo on the wall of the master shower. Everything else seemed clean but the bandaid was a major ick for us. This is obviously on the rental/cleaning company versus the actual owners of the condo. There is no on-site management, something to just be aware of. There is a number to call though.There were extra pillows but no pillow cases, again something to be aware of.

The property was just as listed in the description. It was in a perfect location, close to restaurants, stores, and only a short drive to St. Andrews State Park. The pool area was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Still away
My husband works as a millwright journeyman. Meaning he works all types of energy plant outages for the union and that keeps him away from home, and if not working sleeping. He works 7 days a week and 12 hours a day. It’s all laborious. Let that sink in. However we found the unit to be cozy, clean as depicted, and comfortable for the most part. We would stay again.

Dynamic Landscape Views
In 40+ years of visiting the gulf, this was my favorite location. The condo was beautiful, modern, and quiet, and the view was exquisite. We loved watching the boats, and we had a great view of fireworks. We’ll be back!

The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The best part is the view from the eighth floor. you have a commanding view of the bay out to the gulf. The company in charge is very good in communicating when we had an issue with the power. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, which included a very quiet unit so we slept very well. Would definitely stay again.
