Reflections 805 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with the most amazing view! Reflections is located at 4100 Marriott Drive on St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach. This unit overlooks the large, resort-style swimming pool (section is heated to a comfortable 85-degrees year-round!), beautifully manicured Nicklaus golf course, and St. Andrew's State Park. Reflections also has cabanas and BBQ grills for guest use, is home to Serenity Spa, and is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, the Bay Point Golf Course, brand new Point South Marina, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.
This lovely unit has been recently updated and offers almost 1,500 square feet of bayfront luxury living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of St. Andrew's Bay, a large Smart TV with cable, theatre surround sound and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom is also bayfront and has its own private ensuite with a king bed, large walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and another full bathroom. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs and cable as well. The unit also has a full-sized washing machine and dryer. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement - Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions. Vehicle information will be requested prior to your arrival and submitted to the Association.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

A view to die for
This place was quiet. With a huge pool Heated pool, I mean. The condo was clean and matched the pictures. This place was quiet and cozy from the norm of the beachfront properties

Beautiful unit and superb management. Views cannot be beat, everything needed to settle in and relax. Prior guests were long term, so the team had to hustle to bring unit up to speed for our arrival. They got it done and Property Manager returned to fix a broken switch plate shortly after our arrival. I encourage you to visit and seek out this management company in all your PCB stays. Great location, clean, just like the photos!
The listing was just like the photos. The condo was cleaned and ready for our arrival. We decided to stay a few extra days and they were able to quickly accommodate my request. My finance and mother-in-law loved the area. They are originally from Naples, FL, and grew up around beautiful beaches and golf courses, they felt right at home.
