If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This beautifully updated and decorated Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of luxury living space with vinyl plank flooring throughout. This unit offers 2 gulf front bedrooms, one on each end of the unit featuring a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the other. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The generously sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All units have fully equipped kitchens with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.
Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.
***NOTE: Beginning in mid-August 2023, the Seachase HOA will be replacing all glass (doors & windows) in both buildings. This is scheduled to begin on the 8th floor, west tower. This should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but work is expected to last several months. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.***
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available from on-site vendor.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Incredible place!
This place was incredible!! Close to everything, great parking, no waiting for elevator. Kitchen was fully stocked. Way beyond my expectations. Spectacular views from every room
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Seachase and loved the wall to wall windows. Having both bedrooms face the gulf was such a nice treat.
We loved the size of this unit and the condo as well. Elevator was quick and beach/pool were not crowded.
Rental company was easy to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

October getaway
Place was well stocked with everything we needed. Love the layout, view, and location. With a little updating to furniture (couches are worn pretty well) and master bed is starting to wear out as well. A fresh coat of paint and some small repairs would be perfect! Panama City Beach Paradise

Fantastic vacation rental. Loved the condo. Perfect for my wife and two teenagers. There were some issues but nothing major. Just Great
First of all the unit was great. It was clean, spacious, well decorated with a wonderful view. As for the condo building as a whole, it could use some cosmetic repairs. LASTLY, if all guest would read instructions for parking there will be less headaches for everyone. Cars and small SUVs should park under the covered areas. Larger SUVs WILL NOT fit. We spoke to another traveler the day we arrived that scraped the roof of their Tahoe on the ceiling.
