The third bedroom has a full bed, while the fourth has two twins. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart television. This unit comfortably sleeps 8. There is a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Your booking includes two parking passes and 8 wristbands. There is 1 dedicated parking space assigned to this unit, it's conveniently located on the ground floor near the elevator. Other spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a parking pass or wristband is lost, a replacement can be purchased from Security for $20.

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
