Sunrise Beach Unit 711
This spacious unit offers almost 1,600 square feet of luxury coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a large kitchen island, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with leather recliners and reclining couch, a television, an electric fireplace, and breathtaking views of the gulf. Step onto the unit's private balcony where you can dine or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the beach. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, another electric fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, its own television, and its own ensuite bathroom with updated walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a full-sized bed and its own television. There is also a third full bathroom with tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer located inside the unit as well.

Important Notes:
- Parking: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $50 (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes 1 Parking Pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. Additional Parking Passes may be purchased for an additional $50/each. A link to pay the Registration Fee and for any additional Parking Passes will be sent via email prior to arrival.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Please note, there is an exterior security camera/doorbell on site.

Outstanding updated condo 10/10
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our favorite condo in the last 4 trips we have made to Panama City. This corner end unit had plenty of space for a family of 6. The view was perfect. The refrigerator was large and had 2 ice makers. The sofa and 2 recliners were a hit! They were super comfortable and electric reclining on all of them made watching a movie very nice. The master bed was a little stiff for my wife but perfect for me. The kids had no complaints on their rooms. The master bath LUXURY toilet equipped with bidet, seat heater, fan, and push button seat lift was a nice touch of the finer things in life! The facility itself was well maintained and clean. I made several comments on how well the staff managed this property. Their attention to detail on cleanliness was noticed.
