This beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo plus a bunk is located on the 10th floor in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach at Boardwalk Beach Resort. It is within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls, and is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! Boardwalk Beach Resort offers guests a large resort style zero entry swimming pool (heated in the winter), two hot tubs, kiddie pool/play area, tiki bar and corner market, both open seasonally.
This unit has been recently updated and offers almost 800 square feet of beachfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of the gulf, a large flat screen television, electric shades and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen television, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is also a bonus bunk nook, twin over twin, perfect for families traveling with children and a pull-out sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: Parking is available at a cost of $50 (plus taxes & fees, subject to change) per vehicle per stay. Max 2 vehicles. Wristbands must be worn by guests 6 years of age and older while on property. These can be purchased for $6/each (plus taxes & fees, subject to change) up to the number your unit sleeps. A link for you to purchase parking and wristbands will be sent prior to arrival.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- The resort requires adult guests to upload a photo ID prior to arrival.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- Guests do NOT have access to the Gym.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront condo! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach and close to everything. The new Tootsie’s is located just a short walk down the beach, a few buildings away. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Loved this condo! The view was absolutely beautiful—nothing beats waking up to that ocean scenery. The best part was how peaceful it was; no huge crowds or long lines anywhere. The pool was spotless and just the right size for relaxing. But the real surprise? The elevators! Fast, no waiting, and always clean—makes a big difference when you’re hauling beach bags. This is our first stay at this condo but our second at Boardwalk Beach Resort and the location and amenities are great! The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for 2 people. It can sleep 6 but with just one bathroom that might not work out very well. The kitchen is on the small side but stocked with the basics. There isn’t a lot of counter space in the bathroom but we made it work. We loved the ceiling fans and remote controlled blinds which were great to keep the heat out of the condo during the day. Check-in was super easy and the condo was ready well before check-in time which was a nice bonus. Perfect place on the BEACH!
I love this condo! It is clean, right on the beach, and located near all of the restaurants and shopping. I did not have to reach out to the property mgt group this year, but did last year. Yes, this is my second time renting this one for the jazz fest! Anyway, when I did reach out, the response was very quick. I definitely recommend this condo and will be back. It had everything needed to cook and eat comfortably. I also love the covered garage. I could go on and on, but I will stop so this is not too long. Thanks again! One of our favorite places
This is the second time we have come to this building. It's a great location away from the "spring breakers". Great views, quiet, spacious, and clean. Highly recommend!
After staying at other beach condos, 1007 Boardwalk stood out for having the comforts of home, being particularly clean, well-kept unit, had plenty of kitchenware and comfortable seating on the balcony. Our family had a wonderful vacation! Security was very visible and polite. Parking is quite convenient--directly in front of building and also a covered deck below. Pool area was clean and enjoyable, and the beach is beautiful. Words and pictures don't do this place justice. Great location. Well maintained and up to date decor.
My wife and I had a very nice stay. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The balcony views were gorgeous. All the decor was up to date and looked great. 5 elevators so there was very little waiting on the next one. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. Beyond our expectations!
Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations! The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming upon arrival. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo were clear and concise. The view of the gulf is spectacular! A week in paradise!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boardwalk! The staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome. The condo was beautiful and had a perfect view. The communication from the property owners was top notch, better than I have ever experienced with other properties. A great stay at Boardwalk Beach Resort VRBO
We reserved this unit through VRBO, for 6 weeks in January and February 2024. The unit was clean, well stocked, and met our expectations based on the description and pictures. We enjoyed the local parks, recreation, and restaurants. The 24 guard made check in a breeze and the building manager gave us some tips on building activities. Great Condo/Resort
The room was just as described as in the pictures. Room is in very good condition. We had no issues throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend this room. Our communication with the host was perfect and in timely manner when a question was asked. The room is right next to the elevators which made it super easy to access. Also has a very good view of the gulf. Absolutely breathtaking view from the patio was a win both day and night! Check in was smooth, as I just had to put in our door code. The setup of this property was fabulous. Perfect Stay
Our check in was smooth and easy. Email updates were very helpful and saved us time that we were able to invest at the beach! Our rental was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries to get our family of three started. Beautiful ocean view
Very clean and matched the photos. Close access to the elevator and garbage chute. The view is perfect of the ocean. The sliding door to the balcony is rough to slide open, which was great for us because we had a 3 year old that would want to go in and out! We would stay here again. This place was absolutely perfect for our family of three! A quieter spot in PCB but still close enough to everything we wanted to do! Everything was exactly as described! Also it rained one of the days so we got to take advantage of the free ticket to Wonderworks to help us not be bored until the storm stopped! What a great amenity!
