Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach in the quaint Laguna Beach area, this condominium is directly on the beach. You can enjoy views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private porch and take a short walk to the famous Sunnyside Grill. Latitude 29 offers guests a heated swimming pool, hot tub, & charcoal grills. Prefer a little more action? No problem! Although this particular location is away from the "hustle & bustle," it is still just 6 miles to Pier Park & only 4 miles from Scenic 30-A.
This ground floor condominium offers almost 1,000 square feet of beachfront living space, including a spacious living, dining, & kitchen area overlooking the gulf. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook for family and friends and features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, with sofa and leather swivel chairs, as well as a door leading to the unit's covered porch and swimming pool area. The master bedroom offers guests a King-sized bed, flat screen television, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with beautifully tiled tub/shower combo. There is a bunk nook, perfect for traveling with children, as well as a pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. An additional full-size bathroom with walk-in shower is located off the living room. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the unit.
This unit is truly unique and has one of the best views in the entire Latitude 29 complex, completely unobstructed by trees or the pool area.

Important Notes:
- Only 1 parking space allowed per booking per Association guidelines.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
- This is a ground floor condo, however, you must travel down a flight of stairs from the parking area to the front door. There is no elevator available.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Great trip
This is our second time staying here. The condo is spotless and has everything you would need as if you never left home. The location is quiet but a short distance from everything. This year we had beach service and they sat chairs and umbrellas up every morning. Totally worth it! Room was exceptionally clean … door lock needs to be changed … have to program to lock and unlock each time but there were no real Instructions for this strange system and it sometimes takes 3/4 tries … again , super clean room …. Wonderful quiet but fun complex right on the beach!
My husband and I stayed with our 2 college aged kids for 12 nights. We love it here. It is a clean, well located and well-managed unit and everyone was lovely to deal with. Snowbird retreat
Very comfortable ground floor unit. Walk out to comfortable chairs to watch the ocean waves. Met many nice people and enjoyed the 4pm get togethers. Paradise at Sunnyside Beach
Perfect location away from the High Rise Condos at Panama City Beach. Quiet, peaceful, had beach to ourselves. Condo was perfect, had a great view of ocean and beach, literally steps away, barefoot all week. Loved Every Minute!
My husband and I spent a week here and loved every minute of it. It's not often that pictures give a very accurate portrayal of a property, but this listing was spot-on. We loved the condo, the proximity to the beach, and how peaceful and uncrowded this area was while at the same time being a short drive from everything we had an interest in. Host was amazing! Great place to stay
Great views. Ground level walk out to pool and beach. Very clean. Great location outside of PC beach. Beach paradise
Our family rented several units at Latitude 29. We loved our unit and enjoyed our stay. The furniture and decor are as pictured and kitchen well appointed. Check in and out were easy. Very nice place with very little people
Loved this place bunk beds a lil uncomfy but you settle in. This is our 2nd time staying at Latitude 29. We love it and we’ll keep coming back. We stayed in Unit 26 this time and it’s fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice and clean. Nice stay
We had a nice short stay! This unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Unit will comfortably fit 4 adults or a group of 6 if some are small children. We liked being right on the beach and close to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with items if needed. Hidden Gem
We've been staying at Latitude 29 for 12 years and would not stay anywhere else! This unit is special because it has unobstructed views and is on the ground level. Quiet, calm complex but still convenient to Pier Park and 30A. Love the updates the new owners have made.
