This adorable 7th floor studio condominium in Long Beach Resort Tower IV is perfect for your next beach getaway. Long Beach is a gated resort located in the true heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Pineapple Willy's, Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort offers guests 3 (2 heated) swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, poolside bar & grill, & BBQ grills.
This beachfront studio condominium is located in the westernmost part of the westernmost tower, making for incredible sunset views! It offers all the basic necessities for you to enjoy your next beach vacation! There is plenty of space for up to 4 guests, making this unit perfect for a romantic getaway, mother/daughter trip, best friend vacay, or making family memories! This unit offers 1 King-sized bed, a set of bunk beds, a dining table, a kitchenette with sink, cooktop, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator, a living area with television, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony overlooking the sugar white sand and emerald green waters PCB is so famous for. Sip a cup of coffee or a cocktail overlooking the beach and listen to the waves crash onto the shore. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer located inside the unit for your use.

*This Free Activities Program allows for 1 free admission to each of the activities listed above, per day, per reservation, every day of your stay! Guests can book activities online or via telephone. Detailed instructions will be sent after booking. (Admissions cannot be combined and rolled over to another day. This program is only valid for stays of 27 nights or less.)
Important Notes:
- 1 Parking Pass is included with your reservation (this includes trailers & motorcycles). An additional pass can be purchased from the office for $35 (excluding the week of and after the 4th of July.)
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Please note, weight restrictions on the bunk beds are 150lb limit on top bunk and 185Ib limit on lower bunk. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children under the age of 6 do not use the top bunk due to safety concerns.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

This is going to be my new go to condo for Panama City Beach. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay plus extras like the beach chairs and activity discounts. They also had two fold up backpack beach chairs you could use as well. Loved that the unit had a washer and dryer to keep all our clothes and towels clean. Was able to cook breakfast every morning with 2 cook tops, toaster oven, microwave, all utensils and big fridge. We loved the option of having two pools to go to and both stayed open until midnight. We also loved the karaoke and poolside bar where the kids could get ice cream. They had an area that had beach toys, floats, and chairs people leave behind that you can borrow to use on the beach which was nice. Very easy to check in. Just pull up and park and find your room. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our vacation in Panama City Beach!
My daughters and I absolutely loved this condo. It was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking.
We only booked four nights and quickly realized that it was not enough. We wished we could have stayed longer!
The location was perfect, and we had no issues with parking or check-in. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made traveling with children stress-free.
We especially enjoyed the pools and the beautiful, well-maintained resort.
We visit Panama City Beach often, and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you for helping make our vacation so special. Lovely place to stay! It has a beautiful beach view that you can enjoy from the comfort of your bed or from the nicely furnished balcony. The condo was very clean and came with all the necessities needed for a relaxing vacation.
The three pools in the condominium complex were well maintained and easy to access. Access to both the private beach entrance and the gated condominium entrance was also convenient and hassle-free.
There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and St. Andrews State Park is just a short drive away if you’d like to go snorkeling at the jetties.
