This 11th floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condominium located at Ocean Reef offers over 1,100 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a flat screen & incredible views of the gulf. Here you will be able to access the unit's spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sunset after a relaxing day at the beach. The gulf front master bedroom features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and its own access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing this unit comfortably sleeps 6. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer inside the unit for your use.
Ocean Reef is located within walking distance to Fun Land, Hidden Lagoon Super Golf & Racetrack, Runaway Island, A'More Donuts, & AutentiKa Mexican Grille. It is less than 2.5 miles from Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. Ocean Reef offers guests both a heated indoor & heated outdoor gulf front pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, charcoal grills & a steam room/sauna.

*This Free Activities Program allows for 1 free admission to each of the activities listed above, per day, per reservation, every day of your stay! Guests can book activities online or via telephone. Detailed instructions will be sent after booking. (Admissions cannot be combined and rolled over to another day. This program is only valid for stays of 27 nights or less.)
Important Notes:
- Your booking includes two parking passes and 6 wristbands. There is 1 dedicated parking space assigned to this unit located on the 3rd level of the parking garage. Other spaces on the 5th level of the garage or across the street are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a parking pass or wristband is lost, a replacement can be purchased from Security for $20. Only 2 vehicles allowed per stay.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

We always have the best time.The view was amazing, we stayed on the 11 floor. Perfect view for the firework show. Place was spotless and had plenty of room for 5 people. We enjoyed our stay at Teri’s place. Everything was as advertised. Beautiful view from the balcony to the beach. Spacious kitchen and living space. The only negative I would say and it wasn’t in the condo but just the building itself was that there were 3 elevators to service the whole complex. And 1 was in and out of service.
