This spacious 7th floor condominium in Long Beach Resort Tower IV is perfect for your beach getaway. Long Beach is a gated resort located in the true heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Pineapple Willy's, Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort offers guests 3 (2 heated) swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, poolside bar & grill, & BBQ grills.
There is no better floorplan in all of PCB! This updated condominium offers nearly 1,800 square feet of coastal living space and a large balcony with new furniture to relax on and enjoy the sound of the waves. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is an indoor dining table as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with floor-to-ceiling views of the gulf, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. The first gulf front master bedroom is off of the living room with access to the main balcony. It offers a King bed, flat screen television, and its own ensuite bathroom. The bathroom was just updated to provide guests with a spacious walk in shower that includes dual shower heads. The second gulf front master suite off of the entryway offers a King bed, flat screen television, private ensuite bathroom, its own private corner balcony, and kitchenette. Make a cup of coffee and relax on your private balcony that was just updated with new furniture! The third gulf front bedroom offers guests 2 Queen beds, its own television, and a third full bathroom that was just updated to include a walk in shower with dual shower heads. The living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 10. For your convenience, there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer located inside the unit for your use.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

Beautiful views
Was here for the first two months of 2025, with spectacular views in this spacious condo. Love the decorating colors, and low tables in the dining room & on the large balcony! Played many card games on them. Also enjoyed the rockers on the small balcony too. Only thing that could make this wonderful place better is more recliners as we love movies at night. Ten Days in Paradise!
WOW is all I can say! This condo had it ALL! Incredible views, spacious balcony, plenty of space for us to all spread out. Plus, it was clean and appears to have been recently updated.
