This beachfront condo unit on the 14th Floor of Tidewater Beach Resort offers almost 800 square feet of coastal living space with beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout. This corner unit offers incredible views of the beach and neighboring areas. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and everything you need to cook your meals away from home. The living room offers ample, comfortable NEW seating with breathtaking views of the gulf, a large smart television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom has a NEW King size bed. The twin over twin bunk area with NEW mattresses is perfect for traveling with children. The NEW living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.
Tidewater Beach Resort offers guests both a heated indoor & 2 outdoor pools, hot tubs, poolside bar & grill, movie theatre, game room, and fitness center with a Roman spa! Tidewater Beach Resort is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which is home to 124 shops, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options. Tidewater offers easy access to Highway 79, is less than 20 minutes from the airport, and is within walking distance to Winn Dixie, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Marco's Pizza, and Margaritaville.
Tidewater Beach Resort has recently (2025-2026) installed 6 brand-new high-speed elevators in order to help reduce elevator wait times (2 in the parking garage and 4 in the main building). A 7th elevator is in the process of being modernized and is estimated to be complete by July 30. The remaining 2 elevators will also be modernized beginning August 2026 and have an expected completion date of January 2027.

*This Free Activities Program allows for 1 free admission to each of the activities listed above, per day, per reservation, every day of your stay! Guests can book activities online or via telephone. Detailed instructions will be sent after booking. (Admissions cannot be combined and rolled over to another day. This program is only valid for stays of 27 nights or less.)
Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $35 plus tax & credit card fees (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes up to 2 Parking Passes and 6 wristbands. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link to pay will be sent via email prior to arrival. Max 2 vehicles per HOA restrictions. Watercraft, trailers, campers, golf carts and oversized vehicles are not allowed to be parked on premises.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided, guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

We had a fantastic stay! So many amenities on property and everything we needed within the condo itself. Location was within walking distance to pier park and other restaurants. We stayed at this beautiful condo in Panama City Beach and the view alone is worth five stars – absolutely stunning oceanfront scenery that makes you forget your worries. 🌊☀️
Now, I won’t lie – the first couple nights were like a Florida sauna because the air conditioning didn’t kick in until night three. We were basically rotisserie chickens with a beachfront view. 😅 But to the hosts’ credit, they were incredibly responsive, kind, and did everything they could to fix it quickly. By the third night, the AC was purring like a kitten and we could finally stop fanning ourselves with our makeshift palm-leaf fans (aka the check in folder) 😂
All in all, despite the sweaty start, it was a lovely stay in a beautiful condo with great hosts and one of the best views you’ll find on the beach.

My 13 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay!
I loved the location as we were close enough to walk to Pier Park and enjoy all it had to offered (including the free tickets to attractions that were included in price for our stay) but it was also not so close that we had to deal with the constant hustle and bustle. It was a short uber ride to some of other area attractions we enjoyed. The condo was equipped with other things to keep us busy such as pools, hot tubs, theater and fitness center as well as accommodations on the beach such as jet ski rental, board rentals and beach chairs/umbrellas. My only complaint was the washing machine was a bit finicky for us and wasn’t properly spinning out but I was able to make do. My husband and I decided to take our 3 kids on vacation here and we enjoyed every bit of it! We loved having a corner unit and the easy beach access was great! The whole fam also had amenities to enjoy (gym, movie theatre, game room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, bar ) there were so many things to do within just a couple miles tops of the resort. Condo was as described. Great location. Views and balcony are amazing. Parking was easy and safe.
Unfortunately the building has some issues that the rental company should put pressure on the owners to fix. Half the elevators were out of service, making getting to the condo frustrating. Everything was as described. Beautiful views, clean, had a great time. We have stayed at Tidewater for the past 10 years. Always our go to place. If you like a corner room with an excellent view, this one is it. Right by the elevator as well which is handy. Elevators are always busy but that’s to be expected during busy season. I have absolutely no complaints. The location of the airbnb was perfect it was close to pier park and a ton of restaurants and things to do. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils/pots and pans & the view from the balcony was great. The bathroom was clean. All of the staff at the resort it's located in were super friendly and helpful. We never had any issues with noise that l've had when staying in condos in the past. I really loved this stay & the host was very easy to reach whenever I had any questions! One thing to note though that is out of the hosts hands: the elevator situation can be stressful if you're on a schedule. Great place and would definitely recommend. Great condo with amazing balcony views. Pools and onsite activities are also great. Only things that took me surprise was the fact the TVs wasn't smart TVs. This condo is in tidewater and the elevator situation there during check in time everyday are a little crazy but not a big deal if you avoid them from 4-5pm. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I cannot say enough about the spectacular view from the ceiling to floor windows in this unit. Unit was very comfortable, clean, & quiet. A perfect week! Resort staff was kind & accommodating also. Great Property
The property was clean and comfortable. There was a lot to do within a short distance. When we wanted to extend our stay by a day, the process was extremely easy and the agents were very friendly. We lived the security of the building. The only negative was the expense to park.
