Emerald Beach Unit 1430
This spacious, 14th floor beachfront condo offers 1,300 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a large flat screen television, doors leading to the unit's spacious private balcony, and pull-out sofa. The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite featuring a large garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and its own flat screen television. There is also an additional full bathroom. The bunk area, perfect for traveling with children, allows the unit to comfortably sleep 8. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.
Emerald Beach Resort is located less than 2 miles from Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a variety of restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, Panama City Beach Skywheel, and a variety of other entertainment options. This complex is less than 25 minutes from the airport and is within walking distance to Senor Frog's, Sharky's, Zollo's Pizza, AutentiKa Mexican Grille, & more! Important Notes:
- Guests are required to pay a $25 Registration Fee directly to the resort. This is per reservation, not per guest. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is included. A link to register and secure parking pass(es) will be sent prior to arrival. 2 vehicles allowed max per stay (this includes motorcycles).
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Wristbands must be worn on-site. 8 will be in the unit upon arrival.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Please note, there is an exterior security camera/doorbell on site.

We ALWAYS stay at Emerald Beach Resort and this time if was no different than the rest - AWESOME. We love the location due to all the places to eat within walking distance. In addition, the resort is always clean and elevators are supper fast. The condo itself was spacious and clean. It was exactly as advertised and the beds were comfortable. The downside was only controlled by Mother Nature to where the ocean was calm like a lake and the water hot like bath water… causing it to possess lots of seaweed. On Island Time
We have been vacationing to PCB for many years now and my crew is spoiled by staying at EmeraldBeach Resort. So many on-site things for the kids and adults to stay entertained! The rooms are spacious, several pools, gift shop, and Starbucks. And can’t forget their nightly ice cream run next to the sky bar! Always a good time! Spacious and convienent
This two bedroom 2 bath was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of space, clean, convenient to beach. Great skybar entertainment with singers, trivia, and dj music. Great condo
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Southern Coast Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with and responded to any questions or calls quickly and efficiently when booking and after we arrived. Check in was easily and timely. The unit was spacious and had lots of storage/closet space in the common area and bedrooms. Kitchen appliances could use to be updated but also were enough for what we needed and we cooked in the condo several nights. Beach chairs that come with the unit were a wonderful asset to the rental that we appreciated and used daily.
