Reflections Unit 406

**Please note - Reflections is currently having their balconies resurfaced. This causes varying levels of noise and dust throughout the complex. At times units will have blocked access to balconies. We are doing our best to block units during those times however project dates may shift. In the event that shift happens and the balcony is blocked, we will do our best to find you an alternate unit in the complex or cancel for full refund.**

Reflections 406 is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit located at 4100 Marriott Drive on St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach. This 4th floor unit overlooks the large, resort-style swimming pool (round section is heated to a comfortable 85-degrees year-round!), hot tub, grilling area and has views of St. Andrew's Bay. Reflections is home to Serenity Spa and is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, the Bay Point Golf Course, brand new Bay Point Marina, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.

This spacious condo offers over 1,000 square feet of bayfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating and picturesque views. The brand new (2026) living room sofa pulls out into a couch, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy fabulous pool/bay views and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own private ensuite with a large walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer inside the unit for your use.

Important Notes:

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- *Free Golf and Activities program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

- Please note this complex does not have direct beach access. The nearest public beach access is about a 5–10 minute drive away.
