This beachfront condo on the 5th floor of Sunrise Beach Resort offers over 1,200 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. There is a dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal or playing a game, as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with reclining leather couch, with views of the pool, a large television, and access to the unit's fenced patio where you can watch the kids splash while you enjoy the sunset. The gulf front master bedroom features a King size bed, television, and ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub, as well as walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and its own television. The third bedroom has a full bed and another television. There is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer inside the unit for your use.

This unit is within walking distance to several popular restaurants and attractions including Sharky's, Moe's BBQ, Runaway Island, & Senor Frogs. Sunrise Beach offers guests 2 gulf front swimming pools (one heated seasonally), 2 hot tubs, a children's splash area, & a fitness center. All of these amenities are conveniently located on the fifth floor (the same floor as this unit), as well as vending machines!

Important Notes:

- Parking: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $50 (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes 1 Parking Pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. Additional Parking Passes may be purchased for an additional $50/each. A link to pay the Registration Fee and for any additional Parking Passes will be sent via email prior to arrival.

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
