Shimmering Sands

Amazing view and excellent location. We had a wonderful stay, especially traveling with young kids—it was very family-friendly. One of the highlights was that beach toys and gear were provided, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our children.
The beds were comfortable, and overall the space was inviting. A couple of minor areas for improvement: the unit was slightly dusty (possibly due to the beachside location), and some of the dishes were not fully clean, so we needed to wash them before use. Additionally, only two dishwasher pods were provided, which made it a bit inconvenient during our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and will be coming back. Appreciated the thoughtful touches for families.

Our first try at being Snowbirds. we really enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the ocean. It was very convenient to restaurants and Signal Hill golf course. The hosts were very responsive when I had questions. It was quiet and peaceful.

Street view was underwhelming, but when you open the front door and can see the view to the beach, you quickly forget. This was the perfect location for a gathering of friends. Plenty of space, walk right onto the beach, conveniently located to food, attractions, etc. Rental company quick to respond to all questions. Will be back!

We typically have a larger group and try to find a bigger house but This space was perfect for the 6 of us. Tucked away from the busy road it was so peaceful and right on the beach! There's plenty of seating in the living room and on the deck for lounging around or looking out at the water. Close to all sorts of fun things to do and places to eat! Would definitely book again if we have a small group!

This place is perfect. The beach is not as crowded as the resorts nearby, even though it’s next to a public beach access. We had a perfect spot on the beach every time. The location is also very convenient, with attractions nearby as well as stores and restaurants. The place was clean, all appliances worked great. Teri was super responsive and helpful. We plan on booking again.

This location cannot be beat! It was so easy with kids to just walk out the door and you are on the beach - no wagons or coolers needed! Teri was very quick to answer questions and very helpful! The beach is beautiful and worth the money and time to get there! If you are looking to be in the best location possible - this place is for you :)

This was our second year in a row in this unit during May. It is a nice Condo directly on the Beach literally within steps to the Gulf. It was clean and perfect for our Family. The management company always communicates extremely well. They even send text reminders to pull the trash cans to the curb. A++ and will rent this unit again in the future!

We chose this townhouse at the last minute over a hotel, and it turned out to be the best decision. The location is fantastic, the back opens directly onto the beach, with chairs and an umbrella provided. You're within walking distance to a gas station and a few dining spots, and the area felt both safe and peaceful. Inside, the space was spotless, with updated decor and furniture that captured the perfect beachy vibe. It was even more spacious and welcoming than the photos show. Plus, parking is conveniently located right by the front door. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

Great location, great host, great times to be had!
Loved the location. Just a few steps and you're on the beach. I didn't even bother taking my cooler down to the beach because it's such an easy and close walk. It's close to public access, but still very quiet and calm. The condo was just as described with the space that my family and I needed. Don't bother bringing boogie boards or chairs or anything else because the closet outside has pretty much everything you would need. There is a seafood market right down the street that will prepare everything for almost the same price as going to one of the other markets and then you doing all the prep cleaning and cooking. The surf shop down the road that is 9.99 and under is also great if you do end up needing something like swimsuits or boards. Great location, great host, great times to be had!

Perfect Beach Haven
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You truly can't beat the location of this rental. Steps from the beach and also many walkable bars and restaurants around. It's far enough from all the busy tourist spots but still lots of things to do near by. The townhome interior was adorable and very roomy. There were a few small issues we noticed (broken toilet paper holder, upstairs balcony door hard to open, downstairs balcony hard to lock) but none of this was a big deal and for the most part anything we needed for our stay was provided. I absolutely loved it, would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice, Clean Place
Nice, clean place; listing was as described and pictured. Had everything you need for a great stay. Right on the beach with an outdoor shower on the deck to rinse off and tons of outdoor seating. Perfect
My family and I loved. My fiancé and I got married the second day of our stay, and the rest was amazing. It was so convenient to the beach with the patio access. It also allowed the kids to go in when they were tired, hot, hangry, etc. LOL. Rhonda was great to work with as well. We will be back and have already reserved it for next year. Old and Rustic outside but very nice inside!
There was more than everything you need here. A closet outside with all sorts if sand toys, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, floaties. Upon arriving the townhome looked very old, but when we opened the door- it was very nice! Very spacious, lots of towels and bedding, all pots, pans, cups etc you could need. Not to mention the beautiful view from the balcony and deck !Will stay again!

My family had an amazing time in PCB. We can't wait to do it again!
This home was perfect! It was nice and clean when we got there and the location was perfect. It was amazing to have the beach just steps away and any store we could possibly need was less than 5 miles away. My family and I can't wait to do it again next year.

Once we got in it was great. Better than expected.
We stayed three months to escape a north winter. The townhouse is right on the beach with a big deck attached. We walked on the beach and on the street. Several eating establishments are within walking distance. Signal Hills golf course was only a couple miles away. It was a very conveniently located for our needs. Spring break month was busy but not enough to keep us from doing anything. Overall this was a great place.

A wonderful place to spend your vacation
The first place we have stayed in the area that didn’t require you to clean when you arrived. The outside is old and rustic but the inside was very nice. Just feet off the beach was great and being so close to food and stores was great. Owner is there when you need them just a email away

Perfect! Absolutely the best! Perfect for the family! Easy access to the beach, clean nice~
We have already booked for next year! This is going to be our annual vacation spot. It is too perfect to pass up. We are not even going to think of the high towered condos, taking forever to catch an elevator, forever getting back and forth to your room to grab a bite, go the restroom, take a break, relax, cool off, etc. The facility is very clean, nice, up-to-date, accommodating, equipped with all essentials, perfect location, etc. We cannot say enough good things about this rental property. Perfect!
