This 3bed/3bath 2 story Gulf front townhome is located at 7821 Surf Drive on the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to Liza's Kitchen, Finn's Island Style Grub, Mr. Surf's, & Pho Express Noodles, and just a short drive to Ripley's Believe it or Not, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Wonderworks, Race City, pontoon rentals & more!

Welcome to the simple life. No parking garage or elevator wait here! Downstairs, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, separate wet bar with wine fridge & ice maker, and the spacious living area with views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters PCB is famous for. The living room sofa also pulls out into a Queen bed. Step onto your townhome's large private deck complete with BBQ grill and dine while watching the sunset. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower located on the lower level.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, both with King beds and a twin pull out sofa. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television and ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also offers access to a private second floor balcony overlooking the beach. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer is also located upstairs. This unit comfortably sleeps 10.

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

- We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
