Literally wall to wall view. Nice layout with rooms at opposite ends. Free tickets a nice touch. We did mini golf and Dave and Busters! Microwave went belly up. We sent a message. Maintenance came very quickly and resolved. Great stay. Thank you!

I can’t wait to come back! So beautiful 😊 Communication was excellent, almost immediately. The views from every room were magnificent. Some have commented about needing updating this condo. Staying at this cabin was such a refreshing experience! Tucked away in the wilderness, it offered the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. The surroundings were breathtaking — waking up to the sounds of birds and being surrounded by trees was just what we needed to recharge.The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great getaway
I just wanted to do a short trip with my oldest pup and my one non negotiable is the place has to be ON the beach. Loved the view, place was clean and very nice. Close to many restaurants. There was a lot of construction taking place but didn’t really hear much in the condo itself. Thank you for letting me stay.

We'ver booked a unit from Seascape in Panama City Beach, Fl. the past three years. We've stayed in the same unit two of those years. The units are always clean and cool when we arrive. We have everything we need to prepare any meals and a TV in each room. The premises are quiet and we've never felt unsafe at any time. Parking is always available on premises. The beach area that extends from the premises is clean and not overly crowded. We have been satisfied with each experience and would recommend Seascape to friends, family, and anyone else who is looking for a safe, quiet stay away from home in Panama City Beach west of the rowdy and noisy areas.

Spring Break
Hi, my name is Michelle and I’m from Zachary, LA. My family and I stayed at Seachase for our spring break vacation. Everything about this place was great. We had access to the beach, balcony right over the beach. The location was great because everything was right there. The only issue i had was the water wasn’t staying hot but other than that my stay was GREAT and I will definitely book with them again!

Another month in paradise

Quiet, Quiet, Quiet
This was our second stay at Seachase -- one at the west building, the other at the east building. Our most recent stay was in the east building. The unit was exactly as pictured and described on VRBO pages. This unit did not have up to date decor, but there was nothing wrong with any of the furnishings. We brought our ROKU to watch movies at night, but the TV in the main living area was an older plazma set without USB connections. Therefore, we had to hook the ROKU up in one of the bedrooms. It worked well there. I was hoping the unit had a Keurig coffee maker, but it was a Mr. Coffee. We had to purchase some filters for it. Those two items are not meant to be negative, but only to inform others who might consider a stay in this unit. The unit was clean, well supplied, private, and EXTREMELY QUIET. Access to the beach was convenient. Parking was no problem. The location was about a 1/4 mile west of the Y on Hwy 79. We would highly recommend a stay at Seachase.

Quiet West End Getaway
The condo is in the quiet west end of Panama City. The location is fantastic, parking is plentiful, and the large wall of windows overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

But owner in unit 504 has to do some upgrades.The best if change all old furniture. 1.Need change dining table( can buy used one in FB market place) to ugly.2.Change toilet bowl in second room.3. For building managers they need to do some cosmetic remodeling and repainting.

You simply can't beat the view...floor to ceiling windows in every room showcase the beautiful ocean. Most beaches are packed with people, but the beach at the Seachase is so serene. This room is great for traveling adult couples. We each had a king size bed, our own bathroom, and plenty of closet space.

I would definitely stay here again
The location is perfect! The view is fabulous & the beach wasn’t crowded. Suggestions we would make: replace the mattress in the bedroom with 2 sinks. The tub doesn’t drain well in that bathroom. Maintenance contacted us 1st to resolve the problem which was great customer service so it must be ongoing. Maybe put drain cleaner down there every other guest to help. The closet with beach stuff was nice to have. A tent & couple of beach chairs would be a great enhancement to what’s already there. The beach chairs on beach are nice. If you rent them there is a discount for multiple days. We loved the floor to ceiling windows with both bedrooms having a gulf view king size bed. The balcony is very nice. It could use a table for the high chairs & a ceiling fan would helpful when the sun is blazing that way. There were 3 of us so lots of room to have your own space. It would be a great place for 2 couples to vacation at. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to PCB!
