Mariner West is a small, quiet complex located on Thomas Drive on the east end of Panama City Beach. The building was recently renovated with all new windows, doors, exterior painting, and pool resurfacing. Mariner West offers guests a heated swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor grilling area. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.
This 4th floor unit was completely remodeled in 2022. The owners spared no expense when installing all new flooring, paint, and vanities and updating the coastal furniture and decor. Boasting approximately 900 feet of luxury living space, this unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, one ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and private exterior laundry room. Important Notes:
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Please note, there is an exterior security camera/doorbell on site.
- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes and reusable wristbands will be left in the unit.

Our stay was wonderful. We have been coming to PCB for over 20yrs and I can say this was probably top 5 places we have stayed. The area is CLEAN and very family friendly. The condo was beautiful, you can tell that the owner took time and effort to make this condo feel like “home”. Upgraded and very modern and CLEAN! We will def. Book this condo again just because how clean and kept up it is. The sunset and sunrises were beautiful to watch from the balcony and had plenty of seating. Great view! The whole building is kept clean- we saw multiple workers cleaning the pool area daily. Picking up trash and blowing the sand debris. Beautiful Unit
This is a lovely unit! Everything was fresh and bright. My cousin and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were very comfortable, 2 large screen tvs, and kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils. FYI for coffee lovers the coffees pot is drip not Keirug. Beautiful Unit
This unit, 406, had appeared to just recently been remodeled. Everything was fresh and bright. My cousin and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were very comfortable, 2 large screen tvs, and kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils. FYI for coffee lovers the coffees pot is drip not Keirug. I never know what type coffee to take when renting a VRBO. The seating in the living room was a little different but fairly comfortable. There weren’t any blankets, which I like to have one when watching tv. As far as the beach, unfortunately we picked a week the seaweed was bad in the water and on the beach, but that’s something you can’t plan ahead for. Great unit and great location. Great stay!
This condo was very nice and so was the property grounds. The place was super clean and was very nice. Plenty of seating and the beds were comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen (even had salt and pepper) and an ice maker. We loved the seating on the balcony to soak up the views. There was laundry right outside the unit which was nice to be able to wash and dry our laundry before leaving. There are plenty of restaurants not far from the condo as well as other entertainment. It was a perfect size for me, my husband and 6 year old. The owner was very communicative and fast to respond to my questions. Perfect Couple Getaway
The property was wonderful and very nice! The recent remodel was fantastic. We very much enjoyed the direct beachfront ocean view from the 4th floor. Also, this property and the two adjacent ones are not big high risers, which made for much less crowded beach access with plenty of space. Great Stay
Place was clean and well furnished. The bed was really comfortable. Only stayed for a few days but was a great. Enjoyed just sitting on the balcony with the ocean right there. Convenient location also. Only con was that the front desk closes at 5:00 and you can’t check in until 4:00 so you have to be there in that window to get the beach access code. Would be great if they left something in the room with the code on it, or put it in the welcome email, so if you get there later you could access the beach. Best condo at Mariner West
We have stayed at Mariner West for the last 3years, and this condo by far was our favorite! It was beautifully finished with all the comforts of home and the balcony was right in the middle of the building which gave beautiful views whichever way you looked!! The condo was perfect! Perfect location. Perfectly stocked and beautifully decorated. Super easy access to the beach and marina. The laundry room and storage was also a great plus to store chairs in and minimize the sand in the condo. Great stay
We had a great stay at this condo! It’s beautiful right on the ocean. The condo was very clean and we loved having the smart tv! Also has your own washer and dryer which was so convenient! Perfect location
Very nice, great location and comfortable condo. Well supplied for all our kitchen needs. Really enjoyed the deck area for our morning breakfast. The entire complex is very well maintained! We had a lovely stay at this condo! It was very clean, modern and comfortable. There's a great view of the beach and a few beach chairs that are in the laundry room. The sand was really beautiful; very soft! It does get a little shelly once you get close to the water. The pool was also a nice place to relax.
There is a Publix and a Walmart about 10 min away with a few chain restaurants. When you drive down the main strip, there are lots of seafood places as well.- Stephanie , Posted: 8/5/2022
The location was perfect. It’s not right in the center of all the PCB craziness but it’s just minutes away from everything you need or want to do. I liked that it was a smaller condo building. We didn’t wait for the elevator one time. It wasn’t overcrowded like some of the larger condo buildings. There was plenty of room on the beach and at the pool.
