Beautiful views. Comfortable beds and nice decor. Had a couple of maintenance issues over our month long stay that were handled quickly and professionally. We plan to return next year.

Not downgrading at all. Definitely worth the trip. Beautiful view!!. Only a couple thing we felt could’ve been a little better. Some Kitchen appliances was older, like the stove didn’t cook correctly. But it still got the job done. A/C. Now this is just me because I like to sleep colder but I felt like it struggled to keep the place cool and you can’t turn it down below 70 or the system would freeze up and that repair cost would be on us. Other than that. Great place!

Thanks, Gary. The HVAC in this unit was just replaced in 2024, so it’s a new system. Requesting guests not to set the temperature below 70 when it’s 95 out is pretty common. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for the review.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It's close to so many restaurants and shops and just down the street from Pier Park. With that being said, I love how it wasn't packed on the beach in front of the condo. Perfect for families! And not to mention, the views were absolutely amazing 🏝

The experience was great, as we have come to expect from these condos. I really appreciated the communication i received related to the storm that came in toward the end of our stay. One small note I have is more wall hooks in the master bed/bath rooms would be tremendously helpful.

Best place ever
I have stayed at Seachase several times and it never disappoints. The beach is not very crowded. With the condos only being eight floors there’s never a wait for the elevator. Each unit I have stayed in has always been very clean and very tastefully decorated. I hope to come back to stay at see Chase over and over. The condo was definitely cleaner than you typically find rental condos. It was well equipped with nice furnishings. There are always the small little maintenance things that need to be handled but that's normal in rentals. We love this complex and how small it is. We never had to wait on an elevator, had plenty of parking, and the place was clean and felt cozy. We were pleasantly surprised when we got inside! The brand new windows/sliding doors were great and easy to use unlike many of the old ones in places around here. The king bed on the left side of the condo was comfortable and we appreciated the double vanity and good lighting in the bathroom. The kitchen was stocked full of supplies and was large. I was surprised to find the washer and dryer were so clean! The living room was the most updated area of the condo with new nice clean comfortable furniture. TV’s and wifi worked well for watching Netflix etc. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! I will say for people considering staying here, remember this is an older complex so don’t expect to stay in super modern fancy rooms. We wanted something on the beach, convenient, and most importantly clean and that’s what it was! If I had to give any recommendations for the owners, I’d recommend installing new quieter fans in the bedrooms and maybe freshening things up with new paint, especially to cover up the little bit of staining on the ceilings.

The property was just as I thought it would be based on the listing. We all really enjoyed the beach views throughout the condo. Intown for son's baseball tourney so wanted a nice place. Was not disappointed. Very spacious with a huge balcony and quiet location which we prefer. Extra easy check in process and plenty of parking. Checking out elevators were down so 8th floor was little rough with luggage , Overall would definitely stay again if we are ever intown.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started off with a dirty bath tub. Sliding glass door handle on the wrong side. They quickly came the next morning and took care of the bath tub. The sliding door was not a problem once we figured it out. They are going to try to get it moved to opposite side. The rest was very pleasant. Beds slept well. Kitchen was stocked good. Loved the chairs on balcony. Plus FYI our unit was w801 next to elevator.

The Seachase condo is a great location on Front Beach. The view is breathtaking from the moment you wake up until the gorgeous sunsets. Having two King beds AND a sofa bed is a huge plus. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The washer and dryer is also an asset. Parking was convenient. The communication with the host was timely and pleasant. We enjoyed our Spring Break 2022!

We had a great stay. The condo has plenty of room and is convenient to a lot of places. Only complaint was the elevator was broken one day and not enough carts to load up your car when you leave.
