This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Sterling Beach condominium is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. This unit is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This second-floor beachfront unit offers breathtaking gulf and pool views. Sterling Beach is an exceptionally well-maintained complex with tropical landscape and ground level parking (no parking garage), giving guests easy access! This complex offers a 4000 square foot gulf front swimming pool (heated in cold months), hot tub, gas grills, a theatre, meeting room & fitness center!
This unit offers over 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, pantry, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, pullout sectional sofa, a large flat screen Smart television, 10-foot ceilings with crown molding, and breathtaking views of the gulf. Here you can access the unit's private balcony where you can dine or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the beach. The master bedroom also has gulf views, balcony access, a King size bed, Smart television, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a spacious walk-in shower with bench, a large whirlpool tub, and separate water closet. The second bedroom offers 1 Queen bed as well as 1 Twin bed and has its own Smart television. The second full bathroom can be accessed through both the second bedroom or the hallway and offers a tub/shower combo with glass doors and a large amount of counterspace. For your convenience, there is a full-sized washing machine and dryer located inside the unit as well.

Important Notes:
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- 2 Parking Passes will be in the unit upon arrival. 2 vehicles max per stay. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

We had an amazing time! Everything was great, clean and exactly what was described. We didn’t have any issues. The location was perfect, especially if you have little ones. Easy access to the beach and pool. Always felt safe and if we were to have any questions, there was always staff there to answer and Teri was quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Teri was very responsive and very kind when I told her about the glass and styrofoam cooler lid I broke🤦♀️ The space was just like the pictures showed and it was spic and span. We had everything we needed to get started and was easy to find. Check in and check out was a breeze, parking was close and the elevator was right by our condo. The condo was beautiful and clean upon arrival. My husband loved the large smart TV in the living room and my girls enjoyed having separate beds in the spare room. The beach view is a little blocked with it being on the second floor and the palms trees by the pool, but that was no issue for us. We spent most of our time at the pool or beach anyway! Nice weekend getaway
This was the perfect time to go. The beaches were nit crowded. The condo was as described. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The unit was clean. Can't Say Enough Good Things!
We loved our stay at sterling beach. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. It was also very comfortable we felt relaxed sitting in the condo or going out on the beach. The beach and pool area was very quiet and peaceful, and the people who work there are really nice and helpful. The outside was clean and well taken care of. We had beach chair service and Mike was great he did a great job of making sure the umbrella was set up correctly to make it more comfortable. On the beach we had fun catching crabs and playing in the ocean, our hosts provided some beach items and we enjoyed not having to go get them. Being on the second floor was great no long waits on the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked we cooked a couple of meals there and I found everything I needed there.
