This beautiful home recently built in 2017 offers almost 1,600 square feet of luxury living space with ceramic tile flooring throughout and includes a large front porch and very spacious private fenced back yard, complete with BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, hammock, NEW hot tub, and outdoor shower to wash off all of the salt & sand after a fun day at the beach.

The living room offers ample, comfortable seating and huge flat screen television. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and beautiful recycled glass countertops. The master bedroom features a King size bed, large flat screen television, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 Queen beds, and the third has two full over full bunks. These two bedrooms also each have their own televisions and share a second bathroom with double sinks and oversized tub/shower combo. This property provides a pack and play for a small child as well as a highchair. Additionally, there is a large laundry room with a brand-new Speed Queen washing machine and dryer for your use.
