If you're looking for a quiet beach getaway, you can't top the west end of PCB/Laguna Beach area. Located on Front Beach Road, this home is directly across the street from 2 beach access points (77 & 78). You can enjoy views of the gulf from your private balcony and take a short walk to the famous Thomas Donut & Snack Shop, Carousel Grocery & Wine Shop, Laguna Beach Coffee & Cream, and Pho Pier 77. Prefer a little more action? No problem! Although this particular location is away from the "hustle & bustle," it is still less than 4 miles from Pier Park & 5.5 miles from scenic 30A.
This beautiful home offers almost 2,600 square feet of luxury living space, including two fully equipped kitchens, a spacious living and dining area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 full bathrooms. Guests may also access the private garage for securely storing beach gear. This home is perfect for 2 families traveling together.
Entering the home through the ground level garage, you will find a mother-in-law suite with a full kitchen featuring granite countertops. The bedroom offers a Queen bed, a television, and a full bathroom. Step onto your covered back porch with fenced yard and let the kids play while you grill dinner! The laundry room is also located on this level.
Upstairs on the second floor, you will find the larger fully equipped kitchen, also featuring granite countertops. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is a large dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal or playing a game, as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The living area offers ample, comfortable seating (recliner!), large Smart TV, and plantation shutters. Just off the living room is a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and enjoy the views and sounds of The World's Most Beautiful Beaches. There is a second bedroom with both a Queen and a twin-size bed, and another full bathroom located on this level as well.
Traveling to the third floor, you will find the spacious master bedroom. This bedroom features a King size bed, dedicated workspace, another private balcony, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet. Across the hall is the fourth bedroom with a Queen size bed and the fourth full bathroom.
For your convenience, this property does have a pack-and-play, as well as a baby gate to keep small children safe from stairs.
This home has been very well maintained and tastefully decorated, while still keeping comfort in mind. It truly is one of the best Panama City Beach has to offer!

We recently had the privilege to stay at this 3 story townhome Airbnb which was decorated beautifully, and the accommodation was ideal for my family of eight. The walk to the beach was very short and that was especially ideal. It was very clean upon arrival. The only suggestion I have is that they would purchase a new set of pots and pans, some of them were scratched and worn. Otherwise, I would rent again. Thanks for the stay.

We did a multi-family beach vacation and really enjoyed this house! The location was perfect… public beach access right across the street and a local grocery store a few blocks away. House had everything we needed and owner was always available for communication. My dad and brother really enjoyed the complimentary golf ticket saving 70. Great stay and highly recommend! Amazing Host
The host was so responsive to all questions. Check in process was easy. Instructions were great. Check out process was the easiest I've dealt with at a VRBO. We left a valuable item on property and they found it and brought it to the UPS store so it could be shipped to us. It was on its way within two days of me letting them know. The location was very convenient to the beach and they offered great beach equipment and toys to go with it. The only downsides were the cookware and the backyard. This was our second year in a row staying at the Sand Box. Everything was just as described and the same as the previous year. This unit is perfect for our family as it allows the three separate households to have their own space. We had space to come together and space for privacy. What surprised us the most was just how close we are to the beach. The pics don’t do justice to just how close we were. We were also so close to Panama City Beach and all the attractions. At Laguna Beach, you feel like you’re at a private beach. Nicest place we've stayed in PCB
We had a wonderful family vacation here! The house was squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you could ever imagine needing. The garage had everything you could need for the beach, including toys, skim boards, a kiddie pool, and life jackets. The house was big enough that even with a group of people we never felt on top of one another. We've stayed at many places over the years in PCB and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. This property was wonderful and had everything we needed to cook and even extra beach stuff to take to the beach with us. The only thing I would change is to allow small pets bc I had to leave my fur baby with a family member this time and he had a hard time not being with me- Tiffany , Posted: 5/7/2023
Perfect Getaway
I cannot say enough good things about this property! My family and I had a wonderful week here. Plenty of space, peaceful, and close to both PCB attractions and 30A.
