This beautiful home offers almost 2,600 square feet of luxury living space, including two fully equipped kitchens, a spacious living and dining area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Guests may also access the private garage for securely storing beach gear.
Entering the home through the ground level garage, you will find a mother-in-law suite with a full kitchen, bedroom with a Queen bed and flat screen television, full bathroom, and laundry room. There is also a door leading to the home's private back porch and fenced yard. This area is perfect for two families traveling together.
Upstairs on the second level is the larger kitchen and spacious, open concept living/dining area. Just off the living room is a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy a drink and the views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a second bedroom with both a Queen and a twin-size bed and another full bathroom.
Traveling to the third level, is the large master bedroom, with a King size bed, a door to another private balcony, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Across the hall is the fourth bedroom with a Queen size bed and the fourth full bathroom.
For your convenience, this property does have a pack-and-play, as well as a baby gate to keep small children safe from stairs.

Home Away from Home
This was our second year in a row staying at the Sand Box. Everything was just as described and the same as the previous year. This unit is perfect for our family as it allows the three separate households to have their own space. We had space to come together and space for privacy. What surprised us the most was just how close we are to the beach. The pics don’t do justice to just how close we were. We were also so close to Panama City Beach and all the attractions. At Laguna Beach, you feel like you’re at a private beach. Home away from home

Nicest place we've stayed in PCB
We had a wonderful family vacation here! The house was squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you could ever imagine needing. The garage had everything you could need for the beach, including toys, skim boards, a kiddie pool, and life jackets. The house was big enough that even with a group of people we never felt on top of one another. We've stayed at many places over the years in PCB and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed.
