This Regency Towers, 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This 2nd floor beachfront unit has gulf and pool views & you can easily skip the elevator, just take one flight of stairs up to your condo! Regency Towers offers guests 2 large swimming pools (one heated year-round), indoor hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), outdoor showers, picnic areas with grills, billiards room, & fitness center!
This spacious unit offers almost 1,200 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. The living room and dining area offer ample, comfortable seating with views of the gulf, a large Smart TV, and access to the unit's private balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King-sized bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and twin over twin bunks and its own Smart TV. There is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo located off the hall. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer inside the unit for your use.

- There is a $40 charge (subject to change) payable upon check-in to Regency Towers. This includes 1 parking pass and 8 wrist bands. A second parking pass can be purchased for an additional $15. They accept credit or debit card only.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

BOOK THIS ROOM! Pros:1. I was weary about a 2nd floor unit as we normally stay higher up. I don't think I will ever go back to a high unit. The 2nd floor was incredible! Great view of beach & pool (there was never noise from the pool inside, even during peak times of the day). The BEST part was no elevator. 14 steps up & the room is right there! Popping up to the room was so easy. 2. The condo is just as pictured. It was very clean. Now, some trim, baseboards & fixtures are a little beat up or older but it was totally fine. 3. Comfy beds. 4. Staff was great. They keep the grounds looking really nice! 5. The pool is fantastic! There are two but we only stayed on our "side". Very busy but always had space. Some people have complained about the security at the pool. They shouldn't have. Security will tell you to keep drinks out of the pool (pretty standard), no balls or floats (so you have room and don't get slammed in the face by some 8 year old throwing a football) & if you are blaring your speaker so loud that every other person can't hear their own music at their chairs they will ask you to turn it down. I was thankful they were there. Never used the hot tub (indoors) because it was too crowded.6. Free beach chairs for the stay (get them on day 1!)Cons: barely a problem1. Check in to get parking pass was a little hectic but manageable. 2. Back bedroom is by stairs/elevator so it can be loud sometimes. 3. My family of 6 stayed at Regency Towers room 214 in PCB, Fl..the condo was fantastic! It was just like the pictures posted!! Everything was clean and tidy, the towels smelled freshly cleaned, along with the beddings. The location of our room was right across from the elevator, literally up 1 floor flight of stairs, which were not steep, so the older folks in my group managed very well without waiting for the elevator. The beds were all very firm mattresses, although they were memory foam, they were still firm, slept well!! The refrigerator was cleaned before our arrival which took a few hours to cool back down before we could put cold groceries in it, but it did keep the food very cold once it did. I did have to call Maintenance to look at one the beds, the queen in the bedroom, it was kinda wonky, but he arrived within 2 hours to look at it, access the situation, and fixed it. Just a slat had undone, nothing major. But he was very professional and kind, and quick to respond. The staff at RT overall were friendly and accommodating. The Sandbar staff were terrific, the food was delicious!! And so were the drinks!! We will definitely stay there again in the future. We had a great time. There was always friendly staff around the property cleaning different things. Being on the 2nd floor, we only used the elevator for luggage or grocery hauls. The unit was clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach chairs, the Sand Bar drinks & food, and all of the things to do in the area. Great week at the beach
This is a great place to stay. The only negative was the elevators. They are crowded and slow. Thankfully we were on the second floor and were able to just use the stairs. GREAT location!! GREAT vacation!! We loved this condo!
Condo is roomy, bright and beautiful. Gorgeous views. We loved staying on the 2nd floor. Convenient to either take the stairs or the elevator right outside the door. Balcony is roomy with nice furniture to seat 6 comfortably. Kitchen has everything you need to cook if you'd like. Large table for 6 and then 3 barstools with plenty of room for family dinners. Just don't forget little things like S&P, Ziplock bags & foil, etc. - none are provided, but the kitchen is very well stocked otherwise! Freezer has an icemaker that's awesome! Bedrooms don't have ceiling fans, but there are large fans in the closets that did the job perfectly. Washer & dryer are older and small but worked great. Bedrooms are very roomy. The pool, tiki bar and snack bar were great & convenient. We LOVED the location - away from the main traffic but a very short drive to restaurants & shopping. Several grocery stores are only minutes away. We LOVED the security of the property - it's gated and you need a parking tag. We would DEFINITELY stay in this unit again!! PERFECT location. PERFECT vacation!!
The location of this bldg is away from the congested areas, but restaurants & stores are very close. Three grocery stores are mins away. The location of this particular unit is PERFECT. It's right off the elevator, it's on the 2nd floor & a quick flight of stairs if the elevators are busy. This condo is equipped with whatever you need - cookware, coffee pot, toaster, silverware, glasses, dishes, etc. There is a large table that seats 6 & 3 additional bar stools at the counter. There's an automatic icemaker in the freezer. The washer/dryer also came in very handy as well. (It's not large, but it works great and does the job!) The balcony has very nice furniture - table with 4 chairs and then a high top table with 2 chairs. It's very roomy and we were out there often. There are two large pools so it didn't feel like you were on top of everyone. The beach is a private beach and just steps away from the pool, which was GREAT! The tiki bar and snack bar were pretty reasonably priced. WE LOVED THIS UNIT & THIS PROPERTY! These are NOT complaints AT ALL-just a few tips: Don't forget to bring your own beach towels. If you plan on cooking, plan ahead - salt&pepper shakers, foil, bags, wraps etc for leftovers. There are no ceiling fans in bedrooms BUT there are large fans in the closets that did the job. A sponge, dish soap, paper towels & dishwasher pods are provided. No tissues or napkins are there, so bring extras. Also bring hangers if you'll need them. This Beautifully decorated condo has a gorgeous view of the pool and beach. It has quick and easy access to the pool, bar, and beach as it is located only on the second floor. Great Experience
We had a great experience with our first time staying at Regency Towers. This property was very clean and nice upon our arrival and it met all of our expectations. They supplied plenty of towels, just don’t forget to bring extra washing powders, dish liquid, paper towels, and trash bags. I forgot to bring mine, so we had to run out and grab some, but that wasn’t a problem at all. It was very convenient being on the second floor, so much so we just used the stairs and never even had to fool with the hassle of waiting on the elevators. The views were amazing from our balcony…and from our master bedroom. Despite us not being able to get into the gulf because of double red flags the whole week that we were there.. we still had an amazing time and made the best out of the situation. It was also very nice to find the board games, puzzles, and uno cards to play with underneath the tv stand during our downtime. I would definitely book this property again it has everything you could possibly need and more. Ohh and the Tiki Hut by the pool was also so nice and convenient! Great trip for our family and the room is a great location. Elevator has always been an issue at a Regency but the room being on the 2nd floor right by the stairs made it so convenient! Only thing we noticed that needs to be done is the ceiling looked dirty and it’s nothing a little paint couldn’t fix! We wish we could have stayed longer. Great host and service
took my son, his daughter, her boyfriend, and their daughter for my son's 50th birthday. We had a blast. Great service. Easy to get in touch with the host. She gave us ideas of things to do around Panama City Beach and checked in a few times during our stay to make sure all was going well and remind us to get in touch if we had any problems. The room was clean and like the pictures shown in the listing. The room is close to the elevator and pool entrance.
