This updated 2-bedroom, 2 bath Watercrest condo is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This third-floor beachfront unit has expansive gulf views with no need for an elevator (although there are 4 available) and easy access parking! Watercrest offers guests a large, heated swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), tennis & pickle ball courts, outdoor showers, picnic area, charcoal grills, & fitness center!
This spacious unit offers over 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, quartz countertops, oversized kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (including a pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8) with views of the gulf, Smart TV w/cable, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. There are few units in PCB with balconies this large. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV w/cable, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with a shower bench, safety bar, and double shower heads. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own oversized closet and Smart TV w/cable. The second bathroom also has a large, walk-in shower with bench and double shower heads. The unit has a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well.

Important Notes:
- Parking is available at a cost of $57.45 (subject to change) per vehicle per stay up to 21 days. Link to pay for parking will be sent prior to arrival. 2 vehicles max per stay.
- Wristbands must be worn while at the pool area. 8 will be in the unit upon arrival.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Please note, there is an exterior security camera/doorbell on site.
- Please note this property is currently for sale. In the event it is sold, we will make diligent effort to maintain reservations or find comparable accommodations. If that is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Teri’s place was great for our vacation. The views were beautiful and we loved that we were just steps from the beach. Loved that this was a corner unit and felt very private. This condo was great for the 4 of us. Even though we rented umbrellas and chairs, we were glad to see the unit had some foldable beach chairs for us to use~ we did use them. Pool and spa~clean and working✅ROKU TV✅We cooked a couple of nights and a couple of breakfasts. I would suggest bringing salt and pepper and some PAM spray and parchment paper. Also, pack some ziploc bags. Or pack some tupperware type containers for food storage or taking to the beach. As the description states, only start up supplies are there. So bring extra paper towels, extra garbage bags, extra detergent, and extra dw pods, and extra toilet paper. Also, pack your own toiletries. The start up ones are strictly start up. There is an ice maker on the fridge✅I suggest grabbing a few extra bags of ice. DG very close✅. There is a pod coffee maker and a regular one✅Didn’t see an air fryer. Did see a griddle. Our family of 4 had a lovely time in Panama City! Our 5 and 7 year old LOVED the pool, hot tub, tiki bar and beach access! Had an amazing stay at Panama City Beach. Was our first time to the city, and this condo was wonderful. We are a family of 3, so there was plenty of room and felt like a home away from home (with a much better view)! Loved the location of the condo, coupled with the offseason tranquility and ease to get places. As a family, we all enjoyed the pool and the tennis court and the access to the beach is incomparable. Very nice condo. Fully equipped and plenty of towels and essentials. The decor was all up to date, very nice! Only negatives is that there wasn’t a full length mirror anywhere in the condo. And the floors looked as if they were swept but not mopped before check in. But yes-I would def stay there again. Our Favorite!
This place was absolutely beautiful and clean! Of all the places we've stayed this is by far our favorite. It was right on the beach and easy to get to everything. This place was absolutely beautiful and clean! Of all the places we’ve stayed this is by far our favorite. It was right on the beach and easy to get to everything. It was so spacious and had everything you needed and then some! Teri was very responsive any time I messaged her and we had no problems whatsoever. We've stayed at Watercrest several times and this is one of our favorite condos here so far. It's a beautiful condo- fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, and sand toys which was amazing. We've stayed at Westagate several times and this is one of our favorite condos here so far. It's a beautiful condo- fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, and sand toys which was amazing. Highly Recommend!
This modern coastal property is beautifully decorated and has stunning views. This place had everything and more! We purchased beach towels and toys before we checked in, but discovered that there were tons of toys, floats, beach towels, and beach chairs in the laundry area. What a bonus! There were ample towels, washcloths, and pillows. The beds were very comfortable! There are fans, cozy blankets, and even a space heater tucked away in the closets. Our kids were SO pleased to find a closet with books, puzzles, and games! The location is so serene and peaceful and is also within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We stayed during bike week and from our room we never heard the music and motorcycle noise that was happening on the streets. We love Watercrest and this condo was perfect for our stay. The 3rd floor is so convenient if you want to skip the elevator. We have found a new little gem to rent every year. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The BEST!!!
Watercrest is the BEST complex we have stayed at. So clean, plenty of elevators, heated pool & hot tub. This unit has great views and everything we needed to be comfortable away from home.
