This updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Watercrest condo is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This third-floor beachfront unit has expansive gulf views with no need for an elevator (although there are 4 available) and plenty of parking with no parking garage...easy access! Watercrest offers guests a large, heated swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), tennis & pickle ball courts, outdoor showers, picnic area, charcoal grills, & fitness center!
This spacious unit offers over 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, quartz countertops, oversized kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (including a pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8) with views of the Gulf of Mexico, Smart TV w/cable, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. There are few units in PCB with balconies this large. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV w/cable, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with a shower bench, safety bar, and double shower heads. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own oversized closet and Smart TV w/cable. The second bathroom also has a large, walk-in shower with bench and double shower heads. The unit has a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well.
*Resort Fee includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. These will be in the unit when you arrive.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Parking passes and wristbands are required.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

The location was perfect. Close enough to everything but not too crowded at the condo! The views were AMAZING. Lots of space for our family of 4. Our teen daughters loved having their own queen beds. Our Favorite!
This place was absolutely beautiful and clean! Of all the places we've stayed this is by far our favorite. It was right on the beach and easy to get to everything. It was so spacious and had everything you needed and then some! Teri was very responsive any time I messaged her and we had no problems whatsoever. We've stayed at Watercrest several times and this is one of our favorite condos here so far. It's a beautiful condo- fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, and sand toys which was amazing. Highly Recommend!
This modern coastal property is beautifully decorated and has stunning views. This place had everything and more! We purchased beach towels and toys before we checked in, but discovered that there were tons of toys, floats, beach towels, and beach chairs in the laundry area. What a bonus! There were ample towels, washcloths, and pillows. The beds were very comfortable! There are fans, cozy blankets, and even a space heater tucked away in the closets. Our kids were SO pleased to find a closet with books, puzzles, and games! The location is so serene and peaceful and is also within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We stayed during bike week and from our room we never heard the music and motorcycle noise that was happening on the streets. We love Watercrest and this condo was perfect for our stay. The 3rd floor is so convenient if you want to skip the elevator. We have found a new little gem to rent every year. Very Nice Condo
It was fabulous to wake up every morning to the beautiful ocean view. I watched the dolphins swim and play out front every morning and evening. The condo was in excellent condition and recently updated. Plenty of places to eat within a few minutes drive. We thought the location was perfect because it wasn't wall to wall people, but still enough folks to not feel like you are away from everything.
The rental company was super easy to work with and we loved the added bonus of the excursions. The BEST!!!
Watercrest is the BEST complex we have stayed at. So clean, plenty of elevators, heated pool & hot tub. This unit has great views and everything we needed to be comfortable away from home.
