Welcome to Beach simple life! No parking garage or elevator wait here, just park in front and head on in. Beach days are easy, as this townhome is just 200 feet to Beach Access 18! This 2bed/1.5bath 2 story townhome is located at 4119 Cobia Street (on the south side of Thomas Drive- no crossing a busy street!) on the highly sought after East End of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants & attractions, including Captain Jack's (AYCE crab legs!), Shore Dogs, Alibi Beach Lounge & Grill, Emerald Falls, Outlaw Rentals, Bricks & Barley, Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, & more!
On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room overlooking the large, fenced yard. Step onto your townhome's private deck complete with BBQ grill and have a corn hole tournament with the family! For your convenience, there is a half bathroom located on the first level as well. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a full-sized washing machine and dryer just off the kitchen.
Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, both with Queen beds, their own flat screen Smart TVs, and plenty of closet space. One of the bedrooms also offers access to a private second floor balcony where you can see the gulf. There is a full bathroom between the two upstairs bedrooms with a tub/shower combo.

Important Notes:
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and a 3 minute walk to the beach! The one thing we struggled was the wifi was hit or miss! We had a wonderful stay here! The house is just 1 minute from the bay — a huge advantage. The location is very convenient: fresh air and at the same time close to shops and cafes. The house itself is spacious, bright, and cozy, with every detail thought out for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean, with new and high-quality furniture and appliances. We especially loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere — it truly felt like home. A perfect option for both family vacations and groups of friends. Hervorragend - das trifft es!Diese Unterkunft überzeugt in allen Kategorien. Unerheblich, ob es um die Präzision der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit oder die Lage geht, alles ist perfekt stimmig.Hell, modern, Balkone/Terrasse in allen drei sonnigen Himmelsrichtungen - eine grüne Oase nur zum Wohlfühlen. Praktisch: Aufzug aus der Tiefgarage mit privatem Stellplatz bis vor die Wohnung, zwei Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Wohnanlage, Pharmacie und gute Bäckerei in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen, Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung durch Denys sehr freundlich und genau zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Couldn't have asked for better!
We were traveling as a family for vacation and this was perfect for us! They were very responsive and we greatly appreciate that. The location was perfect for us, too. It wasn't right on the water, but a very short walk to the beach. We actually preferred not being right on the water, so it was perfect. The house has everything we needed and more. This place was great! Super clean and very updated furnishings throughout. It's about half a block away from the beach entrance.. which was perfect! Very easy to carry our stuff to a from the beach! The beds were very comfortable and each room and living room had newer large smart tv's with all the apps you can log into. We loved the fenced in back yard and bbq grill! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you'd need if you decided to cook! We liked the place a lot and even extended our stay another day! Teri was super quick to respond and very nice to communicate with! Overall, this house checked all of our boxes!
