This spacious 3rd floor condominium in Long Beach Resort Tower III is perfect for your beach getaway. Long Beach is a gated resort located in the true heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Pineapple Willy's, Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort offers guests 3 (2 heated) swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, poolside bar & grill, & BBQ grills.
There is no better floorplan in all of PCB! This updated condominium offers over 1,300 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is an indoor dining table as well as breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with floor-to-ceiling views of the gulf, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. The gulf front master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also gulf front and offers guests 2 Queen size beds, a flat screen television, and its own ensuite bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

Long Beach tower three condo 303. Absolutely beautiful with views from every room! Teri was an excellent host from the very beginning clear to the end, and I highly recommend any of her properties. We enjoyed our five day visit with private beachfront sand literally at our toes. Also having two in ground swimming pools was also convenient for night time swimming until midnight. We enjoyed our stay at Long Beach Tower 3. While our unit was in need of updates, it was very clean. It was very spacious. Had all the amenities we needed. And communication from Southern Coast Rentals was thorough and detailed. We didn't have any questions about our stay. Would highly recommend staying here again. Huge plus for the free beach service and low crowds at our building! The condos next door were overcrowded. The location is incredible! The elevator is right next to the room as is the trash shoot & stairs. You’re at the peaceful end of the beach right before Pineapple Willy’s. You’re a 15-20 minute drive from Pier Park. There’s a bar across the street. (Easy walking distance-Coyote Ugly) The gym was closed the whole visit. The tiki bar closed at sunset as did the bigger pool. (May 15-20) The pools were COLD! The locals told us that the pools are not heated after May 1st. Teri was very responsive before, during and after our stay. I let my son have the (master br) king bed as he’s much taller than I am and I took the second room. The 2nd room beds are not comfortable at all. The blankets are also very thin. This airbnb is well loved and lived in and a little bit dated, but as far as location goes you can easily overlook those small issues. The balcony is amazing as it’s big and deep. Teri" place has two bedrooms, both fronting the gulf. The location is ideal for the Panama City Beach. The furnishings were good although she may want to start thinking about replacing the mattresses on the beds. Only thing I would suggest and not a a huge deal but maybe having a little extra for guests to use. Maybe a hair dryer and iron.

I’ve stayed in tower 1 before and that was beautiful also but tower 3 is more of a family feel. Southern vacation rentals really took care of us when we needed it and fixed any issues immediately. Beautiful place to stay! 5 stars!
We loved this condo and loved this resort. The resort has 4 different towers, this one is tower 3 and it is by far my favorite!! I’ve stayed in tower 1 before and that was beautiful also but tower 3 is more of a family feel. Southern vacation rentals really took care of us when we needed it and fixed any issues immediately. Perfect place for PCB! Beautiful condo, friendly people staying at the same resort, short walk to the beach, and an amazing pool (with a poolside bar/food area)! I really appreciated Teri’s quick response to our only hiccup which was a parking pass (because of Memorial Day weekend interrupting office hrs) but we were able to get a parking pass through them. I would say, if you are staying with a toddler make sure to bring cups, plates, utensils for them to use. I was proactive and brought things for my daughter and I’m thankful I did! The perfect view from the balcony for sunsets and it has its own beach access with rental chairs included. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Perfect Place
The property was one the cleanest we’ve been to. The location is perfect, with the sound and sight of the ocean right outside! The balcony was wonderful to have. The dryer had a belt come loose, so we had to contact property management. They were there almost immediately and had the issue fixed the same day. Lovely, Spacious, & Comfortable!
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this condo. It was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. We especially loved the views from each room and the large balcony was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! The location of the condo was great! We were able to walk to many restaurants, stores and attractions in the area. The beautiful kitchen provided everything we needed to cook our meals each day. Beautiful & Spacious!
The condo is beautiful! The view from the spacious balcony is awesome! We had everything we needed. I would have preferred a walk-in shower versus a shower inside of an enclosed tub. Great quality stay at the Long beach resort!
