Location, Location, Location! This beautiful, first floor corner condominium at Marisol is perfect for your beach getaway. Marisol is a low-density complex (only 45 units), located in the true heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. This complex offers guests a gulf front swimming pool, fitness center, and BBQ grills.
This incredibly spacious condominium offers almost 1,500 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals or playing a game, and there is additional breakfast bar seating as well. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating including a recliner, with beautiful views of the gulf & swimming pool, a large flat screen television, and access to the unit's private corner balcony. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King size bed, flat screen television, dedicated workspace, access to the unit's private balcony, and its own private ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, large whirlpool tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed, flat screen television, and access to the second full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and its own television. The living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing this unit to comfortably sleep 8. For your convenience, this unit also has a laundry room with a full-sized washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
-We leave 2 parking passes in the unit for your arrival. This unit comes with one assigned parking space. One additional space may be accessed directly across the street on a first come, first serve basis. If no space is available or an additional vehicle is needed, there is a public parking lot located just one block east of Marisol.
- This unit includes 2 FREE Beach Loungers & 1 Umbrella March-October. Additional watersport activities (jet ski rentals, Banana Boat rides, parasailing, etc.) are available for an additional charge.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit or anywhere on the Marisol premises.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

An absolute perfect stay! Everything went great for our family’s stay. The pictures didn’t do the condo justice. It’s much bigger than it seems. More than enough room for 6 adults and 3 kids. It has a perfect view of the beach and pool and is on the 1st (technically 2nd) floor—allowing us to not have to worry about our little one’s feet bothering anyone while having a short trek. This condo was great! Older building, but completely renovated unit. Everything looked brand new. Very spacious - 6 of us had more than enough room. Low-density building, so not once did we have a problem getting the elevator (which we only needed to take luggage up and down). So nice to have a dedicated parking spot and not have to park in a garage across the street like many other condos. Loved the location, and beach access couldn’t have been easier or closer. The beach chair service was a big help, too. Teri was very responsive and super helpful. We have stayed in a lot of rentals in the area, and this is one of the best. It was very clean and the interior was nicely done. The location was perfect right on the beach just what we wanted. Walkable to restaurants and grocery store. We truly enjoyed our stay and would rent it again if we go back to PCB.

Parking was very close by, 1st floor apartment so no long waits for the elevator, spacious bedrooms bathrooms and living spaces.
All of the beds were comfortable and bed linens were very nice.
Good size TVs and all worked well with the wifi.
My kids shared the main bedroom and bathroom, very large and I was told the shower was good. My son and I took the other bedrooms and used the 2nd bathroom, the shower was quite poor, I feel this needs addressing. Closet space was okay but the dresser in my room had small and shallow dusty drawers, I chose not to use them.

This condo has it all!
This condo has it all! The location to the beach and the balcony were superb. It is much roomier than it appears in photos. The noise from the main road at times was very loud, however, we were there during bikers week and that definitely was the cause of extra noise. Beautifully decorated and right on the beach!
Beautifully decorated condo right on the beach. You could tell everything had been recently remodeled. It was squeaky clean too. It had everything you could possibly need during your stay. It was perfect for our stay. My 83 year old mother can’t do a lot of walking so we were able to enjoy the view of the beach and listen to the waves right from the balcony. The balcony had plenty of comfortable seating and was in the shade until well after 3pm in the afternoon. We also had an incredible breeze all day long. We didn’t go anywhere else so I can’t speak on activities or restaurants but we passed several things on our way in that were close by and looked like fun if you wanted to go do something. We were quite happy just chilling right there at the condo. Teri was super responsive. I had a couple of questions for her and she got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend this condo. We enjoyed Marisol 102's beautiful ocean views, loved being 1 floor up and able to use the stairs, the beach was not crowded, had lots of activities and loved the included beach chairs and umbrella!! We loved the gorgeous interior, felt like we were in a model home! The condo had everything we needed to cook meals together and enjoy dinner and sunsets on the balcony. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of room for all of our party! Great View!

Excellent everything
The check-in and out process instructions were easy to follow and made everything start and end perfect. The view was spectacular and being on the first floor made it really easy for everyone. Wow! This property was absolutely gorgeous. Ocean front with gorgeous views. Condo was extremely clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Great vacation stay at a beautifully decorated interior. The views of the beach and proximity to beach were perfect. Property provided everything including towels, toilet paper, basic kitchen needs. Check in process was smooth and everything was explained and taken care of as needed.
