Located on the west end of Panama City Beach in the quaint Laguna Beach area, this luxurious condominium is directly on the beach. You can enjoy views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the gulf from your large private balcony and take a short walk to the famous Thomas Donut & Snack Shop and Carousel Grocery & Wine Shop. Prefer a little more action? No problem. Although this particular location is away from the "hustle & bustle," it is still only 1.5 miles to the brand-new McGuire's Irish Pub, less than 2.5 miles to Pier Park, & only 7 miles from Scenic 30-A.
This impressive second floor condominium offers 1,650 square feet of luxury living space, including a spacious living, dining, & kitchen area with exquisite vaulted pecky cypress ceilings, custom cabinetry, designer lighting, original artwork, and floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with everything one may need to cook for family and friends, including All-Clad Cookware. The master bedroom offers guests a King-sized bed, flat screen television, ensuite bathroom with granite countertops, his and her sinks, walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet with custom shelving. The two additional bedrooms also have King-sized beds, televisions, and their own full bathrooms. All bedrooms have beautiful, custom headboards. For your convenience, the large, covered balcony has stairs that lead directly to the beach and an outdoor shower for cleaning off sandy items before re-entering. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the unit. Bonita Beach has a gated swimming pool for guest use.

Important Notes:
- There is 1 dedicated parking space labeled “16 Owner.” Other vehicles can park in any space labeled “Guest” on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are not required.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
- This is a second-floor condo and there is no elevator available. Guests will be required to climb stairs to access the unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Please note, there is an exterior security camera/doorbell on site.

This condo was so beautifully and uniquely decorated with gorgeous pieces of furniture, cultural decor and felt so cozy and at home. The furnace wasn’t working when we got there but the maintenance was very responsive and had it working in no time! One of the best beach stays ever and I go to the beach usually twice a year. So many great details in the home & added perks that most people don’t include. Amazing beachfront condo steps from beach
Perfect weather, amazing views of Gulf just steps from beach. Quick and easy access to the beach , location is great . You will not be disappointed staying here. Teri was very kind and quick to answer and questions we had. We spent most of time on the balcony enjoying salty air and view.

Teri was great to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was very comfortable. The beds and sofas were comfortable. The view was amazing. We enjoyed the deck and convenience to the beach. Good use of space in the condo and very impressive furnishings and finishes. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Everything was nice and clean, and there were plenty of supplies available. The closets were good sized. I was happy to see a small fan and full length mirrors. This condo is in a very convenient location with basically a private beach. Loved the lighting and ambiance. Easy to get inside and the dumpster was conveniently located. Good water pressure in the showers. We are always happy when there’s a coffee maker (not just a Keurig) so that was a plus. We would definitely stay here again! We have had conversation this past week discussing how to write a review of this property that would justify its quality, location, amenities, and condition - each of these desirable features of a vacation rental are first-class. This is easily the strongest, positive review we have submitted for a vacation rental. Perfectly clean, abundantly furnished, stunning views, spacious - simply an amazing and thoughtful property. Ownership has made the unit personal that it feels like a home, not a sterilized hotel room. The decorating and small details all tell of the owners' personality. You have to experience the property to appreciate the extra value and attention that has been invested in this property compared to other rental units. Our only negative comment, and it is a small one, is despite the luxury amenities available there was no coffee maker, only a K-cup unit. The only downfall to the whole complex is getting our beach items to the beach. Going up the stairs, through the unit and down the back stairs was cumbersome. Pool was clean although we didn’t use it bc we come for the ocean. 🌊 😉Rental agency was great to deal with. Property location was the best we’ve had and we go every year. Absolutely perfect! It was quiet and easy for my parents to move around. The beach access walkway was clean and had lights for night time which made it easy as well. Each bedroom was private and spacious. Family Vacation 2024
We meet one week a year for family vacation and this was the BEST place we've stayed! We were hesitant about a condo but once inside you couldn't hear anyone else and it was so spacious it felt like a house. The decorations were wonderful and gave us interesting things to look at all week! Also, 10/10 on supplying this place. I swear every time I said I needed something it was there, down to a safety pin! The beds were incredible. I have never slept so well on vacation as I did at this place. Perfect, As Always
My family and I have stayed at Bonita Beach several times and it never disappoints. Waking up to the sound of the waves on the beach is everything you need in your life! The property is absolutely beautiful and uniquely decorated. I have 4 children, ages 1-10 so staying right on the beach with access to a bathroom and being able to come right back to the condo for a nap lunch, a drink or whatever need that a little one might have, takes so much stress off of mom and dad. There were red flags flying one day while we were there, so we just went down to the pool...problem solved! We LOVE that we never have to wait on an elevator or beat the crowds to the pool, being on the west end of the beach is the best kept secret of PCB. AMAZING!!
You want to stay at this place - it was amazing. They had everything but food in this place. Really, everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and family room was supplied. Did I say kitchen? That kitchen had every dish and gadget that you needed and some you didn't know you needed. The Wi-Fi wasn't wonderful, but they had it, and they had CABLE; you didn't have to stream with your own passwords, just turn the TV on, find your channel and voila - watch the NBA playoffs. The view was AMAZING, and the balcony perfect for sitting and sunsets. The beach was just steps away from the house and everything else an easy drive. Since the house had everything and the instructions were so good, we didn't have to communicate with the host, but I'm sure that would have been good too since they sent little messages to us over the weekend. I don't have enough space left to tell you about the decor, I figure you could be there a month and not see it all. The Wi-Fi wasn’t wonderful, but they had it, and they had CABLE; you didn't have to stream with your own passwords, just turn the TV on, find your channel and voila - watch the NBA playoffs. The view was AMAZING, and the balcony perfect for sitting and sunsets. The beach was just steps away from the house and everything else an easy drive. Since the house had everything and the instructions were so good, we didn't have to communicate with the host, but I'm sure that would have been good too since they sent little messages to us over the weekend. I don't have enough space left to tell you about the decor, I figure you could be there a month and not see it all. So glad we chose this unit!
We were looking for a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo in PCB and had multiple options to choose from. We're glad we chose this unit. Even though it's technically in Laguna Beach, PCB was just a stone's throw away. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The unobstructed view of the gulf was stunning. Super easy access to the beach right off the back porch and even has a water hose to help clean off the sand prior to going back onto the porch. The condo complex is small and in a residential area, so the crowds were minimal and we never had to deal with traffic. Carousel Grocery & Liquor Store, Thomas Donut and Snack Shop, and one of the locations of Alvin's Island were all within a 5-10 minute walk and even shorter drive. Dream vacation.
Spending a week in this condo with direct beach access was an absolute dream! From waking up to the sound of crashing waves to watching breathtaking sunsets right from our balcony, every moment was pure bliss. The convenience of stepping right onto the beach whenever we pleased made our stay incredibly relaxing. Plus, the condo itself was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. I can’t say enough about how perfect this condo is! The beach wasn’t crowded or filled with the rowdy crowds you get staying further down. I didn’t have to wake up early every morning to try and find a spot on the beach to mark with chairs. I absolutely loved the way the condo is decorated, the decor and small touches are to die for! Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, and the adjustable lighting was perfect for relaxing in the evening. It was the perfect quick Fourth of July getaway for me and my daughters who adored the condo as well. We absolutely loved our stay at Bonita Beach 16! The owners have gone out of their way to provide all of the extras that make your stay special. Clean, comfortable, amazing views, and away from the PCB high rise traffic. No fighting for space on the beach. We are so happy we got lucky on a last minute trip, and that we were the first official guests at this home!
