The condo was perfect and fit our family with comfort. My only compliant is not about the room, but instead the elevators. Seems like each time we have been at Celadon, there is an elevator that is not in service. Sometimes it creates very long waits. For me it’s no problem for stairs. My wife has a chronic illness that affects her joints and she can not do many flights of stairs without pain. This still is just a minor inconvenience for us. Over-all we enjoyed our stay

Nice place
It is your basic PCB condo. It was clean, easy to find, easy enough to park under the building and we had a fairly large SUV. One of the 3 elevators was out and that did create quite a wait during peak hours. Beach was great. Owner was very responsive to my messages. Be sure to read the check in email thoroughly.

July 4th
We had a great time! Having 2 free beach chairs was a plus. We had a great show on the 4th! People were shooting fireworks that we could watch from the balcony! This is the more family friendly end of the strip, which was nice. Close to the grocery stores and not far from the pier.

Great location, steps from the beach. Everything that was described was accurate. The condo was clean, had all the necessities for us to cook several meals. The only hiccup was the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working but not that big of a deal.

First Trip to Panama City Beach
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celadon is a nice condo and was well furnished. We were there at the beginning of low season, so not everything was open and they were doing some annual maintenance. However, we enjoyed this comfortable condo. I think the ceiling fans in both bedrooms may need to repaired or replaced - they were slightly noisy. I loved the little touches throughout the condo - like hooks behind the bathroom doors, soap dish on the master vanity, coasters on the night stands, well stocked kitchen, soft fluffy pillows in the living room, etc - nice ‘homey’ touches.

Cozy with a beautiful view
We loved staying at the Celadon. It was a great location. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did run out of supplies after the first few days but it was our fault for not reading the details of what was available to us. We easily went down the road to get what we needed.

Relaxing
Loved the location. Very easy process from start to finish! We stayed for 2 weeks and had great weather the whole time. Condo was perfect except it would have been nice to have had a walk in shower in one of the bathrooms. Tub shower combo not safe for older adults. We will be back.

Great location. Clean facility.
Worked remotely from there for a week. Located right on the beach. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Water sports are right in front of this property. Clean white sand. We got complimentary beach chairs and umbrella daily. Thoroughly enjoyed the walk on the beach. Highly recommended.

Celadon 902 is THE BEST!
This condo is the very best condo in PCB, hands down! If you want a quiet, quaint area for families, this is the place for you. Not only does the condo sleep 8 people comfortably, it has the amenities of home as well as your very own private parking area. The manager is amazing and the beach service with 2 chairs is also a major plus. Our family will no longer stay anywhere else. 5+ stars here!

Great condo and view!
We had an amazing trip this week. The condo was just as seen on the pics, the apartment was clean but could use a good deep clean, view was amazing. Condo has the necessities that you would need to get your vacation started. Didn’t have any trouble getting into the garage or room. Will definitely use this condo again in the future.

Beautiful Condo!
We rented this condo for our family vacation and it was exactly as described! We arrived to find a clean condo and super easy check in process. After the first day the elevators weren’t working for a few days which made getting to the 9th floor pretty rough but Alesia went out of her way to make it right even though it was out of her control. She was easy to contact and responded promptly when I texted her. I would definitely recommend this property and Alesia... Top Notch service!!

JUST AS ADVERTISED!
Great place to stay with family. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. The beach chairs were a plus, but we opted out for the pool due to the double red flags on the beach. Heated pool and hot tub were great to use! Elevators worked good. Plenty of luggage carts to move your stuff with. Staffed security in the parking deck across the street. Great location away from the busy street traffic. Thanks for the stay and hope to return soon.

Simple to do. Condo was perfect for two senior couples, exactly as shown in online views. Lovely view from balcony, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and location was mostly families. Perfect week.

An awesome weekend retreat
The condo was clean as a whistle and looked exactly as it was on the site. My only suggestion would be to provide two beach chairs during the off season. There are boogie boards. I wrote down the name of condo and unit. We will be back

Overall good spot!
This condo is exactly how it's listed in the photos. It's the last condo on the beach so for a 4th of July visit actually worked out great away from the crowds. Some of the furniture could use a little TLC but overall the place was more than adequate. The parking underneath the condo is nerve racking. It is a very tight squeeze no matter what you drive so we actually left that car there most of the time with all our beach stuff and parked across the street with the other parking which is much better. Elevators also weren't great but we've seen worse. Alesia was a very good owner to work with and we would stay here again

Hello Evan, Thank you for your review. Thank you for taking my call to discuss issue regarding condo. Since our conversation, the couch and love seat have been professionally deep cleaned. There is one free parking space under the building for those who have a small to mid-size automobile. Any large automobile would need to park across the street in the four level parking garage. There was one elevator down temporarily. It was back in operation as soon as technician was out to Celadon property. Thanks again for staying with us Evan. Beautiful beach with great views from balcony. With sunny weather daily we took full advantage of the two chairs provided from the beach concessions. The parking spot in the ground level of the condo complex was an added bonus that made our stay much easier.

Celadon Beach Resort
Condo was spacious and view was great. Elevators even worked quickly and covered parking was a plus even if it was an additional $20. Far enough away from PCB but still close too everything. Great location and easy excess to beach

This space will accommodate a small to mid-size automobile. If additional parking is needed, there is a one-time fee and guests can have up to three parking passes. Celadon is approximately 2 miles west from Pier Park. We are located on the most desirable west end of the beach! Celadon is known for it’s family friendly atmosphere. Wonderful Condo with the Perfect Ocean View

Florida Vacation

Perfect location & Amazing view!!
The condo was very clean and has everything that you'll need. I was a bit worried about the space but it had more than enough for us and a few more. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. There were a decent amount of people on the beach but it didn't feel crowded at all which was really nice. We would definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful,Quite,very clean
This condo was awesome ,very clean and spacious for our family of 5.The location is great very quite and family friendly and clean!!!We had been staying at the Summit for nearly 10 years in a friends condo until it was sold last year and all though I miss that heavily discounted price which was the only reason for staying I didn’t miss the atmosphere of all the noise and crowds.Loved the free beach chairs and parking deck was very accessible.The balcony on this unit is huge I think my kids would have slept out the if I had let them they loved it.The beds were a lil to firm from what we’re used too but wasn’t that big of an issue there were plenty of pillows for comfort.Master bath was huge plenty of room for my wife and teen daughter as my boys and I took the smaller one which was great for us.We really enjoyed the pools mainly the big one across the street with plenty of shade to enjoy!! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again to this condo and would highly recommend it to all!!!!

Perfect Week by the sea!
Vacationed with another couple and the condo was perfect. Only down side was poor WIFI. But, it's vacation! So I left the office behind. We will be back next year! Be sure to go to Dusty's for oysters and Schooners for lobster.

Beautiful decor with a "feels like home" atmosphere.
My family fell in love with the condo and were asking me if we could buy a property at the Celadon. Awesome view of the beach and Gulf. 9th floor was the perfect location, high enough for a nice view but not too high to be inconvenienced with a long elevator ride. Parking space and beach chair service was an added bonus. We had all the amenities needed for a week long stay at the beach, and even the pullout couch was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Relaxing retreat with the comforts of home
We had a great experience renting this property. From the moment we made our reservation the owner was responsive and easy to work with. We had no problem finding the property and the private parking space was an added convenience. The condo was nice and clean when we arrived and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed having the balcony looking over the beach and the reserved beach chairs. There are also two pools to choose from, one has an indoor section which was great for the kids when we caught a rainy afternoon. With the location being towards the end of the busy section we were able to easily navigate around traffic and access all of our favorite spots. We highly recommend happy hour at Salty Sue's! One extra amenity worth mentioning is the awesome TV! We were able to log in to our Netflix account and watch movies in the evenings and they also have HD movie channels. We're definitely coming back next summer!
