We really enjoyed our stay at the Top of the Gulf. 703. Our roo had an excellent view of the Gulf and the pool. We found this studio well maintained, cleaned, and stocked with just about everything we needed. A very pleasant location and a very good value. We will definitely consider returning to the Top of the Gulf in our future travel to Pans City, FL.

This was our second stay here. The room is perfectly located for everything. Clean, comfortable…that’s all you need. The water was pretty gross this week, but that’s beyond anyone’s control. Accommodations met all expectations…only hiccup we had was they locked the laundry room 40 minutes early and I couldn’t get my clothes to the dryer on our last night.

Escaping to PCB

Just what we needed for the family!
The property was nice, clean and acceptable for a family of 4. There were many other families which made the stay more fun for the kids, as they had friends to play with on the beach AND in the pool! Great location and close to everything PCB has to offer without the craziness of the nightlife. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

We loved this place!
We had an amazing vacation. It’s hard to afford a vacation when you’re a single mother with too many bills, but this place wasn’t bad at all. Everything was in convenient walking distance to it. We loved the game room and gym, and we’d love to go back!!!

Property was clean and maintained well Pool and beach were great Loved that the pool area had floats to use Plenty of places to set and relax buy the pool Room overall was clean but Found a few black hairs in the fridge and kitchen cabinet Big windows had a nice ocean view Beach umbrella was broken Would stay here again Wish it was pet friendly

I brought my wife and kids down for a week and we had a great time. The place was right on the beach and clean and it was a great bargain. When we go back down we will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect for small families!
This was perfect for our family of 3! They also had beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, an umbrella etc. to take down to the beach so we didn’t have to buy anything or bring anything home which we loved! It was in a convenient location and not too crowded. We really enjoyed staying here and will be visiting again! The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to keep the air on 70, but we also like to keep our house on 67 so other people may not be like that LOL. Highly recommend

Perfect for family with small kids
This was perfect for our family of 3. Convenient location and wasn’t too busy. The only complaint I had was that you have to keep the air on 70, and we like to freeze when we sleep but other than that it was great!

My stay was absolutely amazing! The room itself had you feeling like you were on a beach. Not to mention the peace and tranquility of falling asleep every night to waves washing up on the shore line. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the room but the HOA... You're only allowed 1 vehicle per room; it's $30 a week to park a vehicle; if you do not own, you have to walk around with an armband 24/7, not a biggie but I was there for work and it looks like I was out partying the night before; if you don't live there you cannot bring your dog yet they have 30 cats running around the parking lot and lobby; of the 2 elevators, one worked 50% of the time and the other stopped working when it was raining. But despite that I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice with a beautiful view of the beach. There was direct beach access and a beautiful pool. The beds are also super comfy! Only downside was that the security guy at the front when we checked in was a bit rude but other than that we had an amazing vacation.

Our stay here was great! It's a small, quaint place to stay but it was perfect. It had everything we needed (air conditioning, coffee maker, dishes, outlets right by the beds) and it was in the perfect location. We could see the beach from our room and were able to walk to most places.

This was in a great location for spring break, it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Perfect size place for 2 people, would have been a bit of a tight squeeze with 4, but still very nice!
