Location, location, location! Built in 2020, Calypso Tower III is the newest building of the complex and has the most incredible views of the beach, Pier and Pier Park. Located directly in front of Pier Park and within walking distance to several popular restaurants and attractions including Margaritaville, Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Skywheel, The Grande Theatre, Hook'd, Russell-Fields Pier, and much more!
Calypso offers guests a resort-style (heated in winter) swimming pool, hot tub, 2 tiki bars (open seasonally), cabanas (available for rent), and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Tower III has 6 elevators, large balconies, easy access to parking and it's just steps to the beach. Great perks for a great price!
This tastefully decorated 18th floor unit features beautiful coastal flooring, quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, a private 10-foot-wide balcony with views of the gulf, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and Keurig coffeemaker. The master bedroom offers one King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. There is also a pullout sofa, to comfortably sleep a total of 4. There is a second bathroom located in the unit as well, also with a walk-in shower. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Please Note: There is an additional one-time fee of $60 per vehicle (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival for up to 2 parking passes. This fee is in addition to the reservation total and is paid directly to the resort. A link to pay for parking pass(es) will be sent from Calypso.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Wristbands must be worn in pool area.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Loved the view in living room and bedroom! Good quality sliding doors!! Love that it was right by elevator and door inside out of the weather.Very nicely decorated and had everything thing we needed to cook with and more. Had a lot of extra we didn’t get to use because it unusually cold for Florida this week. Showers are very roomy! Nice walk in closet! The property is exactly as described. Bed is super comfy, place is clean, great location.The condo is tucked away, conveniently located next to elevators. There was no noise issue or anything being close to the elevators. The facility itself is a little hard to navigate. Essentially, everything happens on the 3rd floor. You have to park in the garage and get a rolling cart at the 3rd floor, then navigate the elevators to get to and from your condo. Then back to elevators to the 3rd floor to turn the rolling cart in, etc…. When accessing the beach, you have to go to the 3rd floor to access the elevated walkway, then navigate the elevators on the beach side to get all around to access the beach. This has no bearing on my review, as the condo was wonderful. I just wanted to point out the need of access to everyone occurring on the 3rd floor with walkways, as some may have smaller children, or are older (like me) who may have difficulty navigating that layout, as it is a lot of walking. We so enjoyed our stay in Calypso 3-1809. Gorgeous views! Comfortable furniture and the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. This was our first visit to the beach, and we picked Panama..absolutely loved our visit.. thankful beach chairs were provided! Beautiful view of the Ocean! Only cons I could think of would be: some of the furniture could use some tightening, possibly a few samples of k-cups, and more details of the resort.. we were a little lost the first day, trying to figure out the parking deck, where the room was, were the office was located, just small things..as far as the resort I wished they had some kind of air/fans in the hallways and elevators. Even though it wasn’t a long wait, at times it could be a little uncomfortable. A great time in Panama City

This airbnb made me feel right at home. Absolutely jaw dropping views, beautiful decorations, and a host that was very responsive and welcoming. If I could give this place a 10 star rating, I would in a heart beat! Everything is walkable, and it was really nice to have such easy access to the pool, beach, and outdoor shopping mall. My only complaint is that I wished there was complimentary coffee, but otherwise Teri really put a lot of thought and effort into loading up the place with everything we needed. Hands Down the Best!
Hands down the best condo. I've stayed at in Panama City Beach. The view was absolutely incredible. The condo itself was clean and so relaxing. The bed for me, was perfect. I love a good firm soft bed. Convenient location to everything. Host was incredibly helpful and communicative. It was such a great visit and I hope to stay here again. The Calypso resort doesn't have the best signage once you park in the parking garage. The Calypso resort doesn’t have the best signage once you park in the parking garage. Clean & Peaceful with a Stunning View
This place was amazing. Clean, peaceful and beautiful view. We loved to stay there for one week. It was the first time when we didn't want to leave. Almost everything is walking distance. Nice restaurants, the Sky Wheel, and the beach nearby. Perfect location. Couldn’t tell you were across the street from the beach. Wonderful unobstructed view. Super close to Pier Park, restaurants, shops etc. The condo itself is very clean and decorated well. We loved every part of this Air B&B. The rooms and view of the beach were excellent. It was in a perfect location close to all bars/restaurants. The added bonus was the air show and motorcycles.
