This 7th floor unit offers almost 800 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a large flat screen television, doors leading to the unit's spacious private balcony, and pull-out sofa. The master bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen television. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunk area, perfect for traveling with children, allows the unit to comfortably sleep 6. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.
Emerald Beach Resort is located less than 2 miles from Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, The Grande IMAX theater, Dave & Buster's, Panama City Beach Skywheel, and a variety of other dining and entertainment options. This complex is less than 25 minutes from the airport and is within walking distance to Runaway Island, Senor Frog's, Sharky's, Zollo's Pizza, AutentiKa Mexican Grille, & more! Important Notes:
- Guests are required to pay a $25 Registration Fee directly to the resort. This is per reservation, not per guest. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is included. A link to register and secure parking pass(es) will be sent prior to arrival. 2 vehicles allowed max per stay (this includes motorcycles).
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Wristbands must be worn while on-site. 6 will be in the unit upon arrival.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo and liked that it was beside our favorite restaurant. It was nice to be able to walk next door for lunch and dinner. Emerald Beach is very nice and convenient to shops and restaurants and we love getting ice cream in the atrium after dinner! Great location for my family and I. Kids loved the game room over by the splash pad. Elevators were slightly confusing, but once we were there for a day or so we were able to better navigate. This condo was amazing. The view of the ocean was so peaceful and everyone I ran into was friendly. The parking garage and navigating to the room was tricky but other guests, employees, and owners were friendly and pointed me in the right direction. Beautiful place inside just like the pictures very well upkeep! We felt right at home had everything you need to cook🥰 This location is right on the beach ⛱️ Very family friendly both pools are very nice kid and adult friendly. We have stay at the emerald before we love the location! only thing you should know! Washer and dryer in the room so awesome!

Great unit
The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at PCB. The resort was upgrading elevators, so the instructions given for ease to the room was not as easy, but would definitely be if they were in full use, but the other elevators are close by and it did not affect us at all. Clean & Comfortable
We have stayed in this complex before, and have always loved the location. Easy walk to Runaway Island, Sharky's, the convenience store, but most importantly the beach! This unit was clean upon arrival, provided everything we needed for the week, and was very comfortable. We felt at home & loved every second! Also, 7th floor is great for those who don't love heights but still want a view :) Host was also quick to respond to any communication, which is much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Comfortable & Clean with Amazing View!
We loved our stay! The place is exactly like the photos! Comfortable and clean with an amazing view from the spacious balcony. It was so nice being able to walk to the local restaurants and not have to worry about driving. Our only very minor issue was the sliding glass door wouldn’t completely close and with the wind it would cause a little whistle sound. What a nice place to stay, very clean! Looks just like the pictures! Management was very easy to get in contact with! Excellent Condo
We loved this condo! Very spacious, excellent seating, a comfortable bed and an amazing view. My wife loved getting Starbucks coffee in the morning from the Starbucks located on the property.
