This 7th floor unit offers almost 800 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a large flat screen television, doors leading to the unit's spacious private balcony, and pull-out sofa. The master bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen television. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunk area, perfect for traveling with children, allows the unit to comfortably sleep 6. The unit does have a washing machine and dryer.
Emerald Bach Resort is located less than 2 miles from Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, The Grande IMAX theater, Dave & Buster's, Panama City Beach Skywheel, and a variety of other dining and entertainment options. This complex is less than 25 minutes from the airport and is within walking distance to Runaway Island, Senor Frog's, Sharky's, Zollo's Pizza, AutentiKa Mexican Grille, & more! Emerald Beach offers guests 2 outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, poolside tiki bar, grills, fitness center, game room/activities center, a Starbucks Coffee, a Sunsations store, rooftop bar, & more!
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Free parking available for 2 vehicles.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Clean & Comfortable
We have stayed in this complex before, and have always loved the location. Easy walk to Runaway Island, Sharky's, the convenience store, but most importantly the beach! This unit was clean upon arrival, provided everything we needed for the week, and was very comfortable. We felt at home & loved every second! Also, 7th floor is great for those who don't love heights but still want a view :) Host was also quick to respond to any communication, which is much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend, great host
Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Panama City. Location was perfect. Additionally, the condo is moderate and nice with an awesome view. Plus, the host was great. Comfortable & Clean with Amazing View!
We loved our stay! The place is exactly like the photos! Comfortable and clean with an amazing view from the spacious balcony. It was so nice being able to walk to the local restaurants and not have to worry about driving. Our only very minor issue was the sliding glass door wouldn’t completely close and with the wind it would cause a little whistle sound. Wonderful stay!
This was our first time at Emerald Beach and we loved that it had so much to offer. This unit was very accommodating, was very clean and comfortable to relax in after a long day at the beach. What a Nice Place!
What a nice place to stay, very clean! Looks just like the pictures! Management was very easy to get in contact with! The slider deck door was a bit difficult to open and close and the front door latch needed a little work. Those would be the only very minor issues. Excellent Condo
We loved this condo! Very spacious, excellent seating, a comfortable bed and an amazing view. My wife loved getting Starbucks coffee in the morning from the Starbucks located on the property.
